Came here for a gallery opening as part of the Art Second Saturday artwalk in Fair Oaks village. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and love the fact that it is a cooperative. Small, intimate and HOT in the summer, you can actually meet the artists and have a chat about their paintings. I got to meet a woman who has painted a large format abstract of poppies that I have been drooling over for the past three years. I love art. I was even thinking about making installment payments of this painting. But when you are unemployed, it just doesn’t make economic sense. Paying the mortgage off first does. Tonight there was a small band playing outside which added to the atmosphere. The wine tends to be Two Buck Chuck and the horse doovers(hors d’oeuvres) vary.
