Guiding You to Success in Life and Love

Mental Wellness — Self-Care — Couples Counseling

Psychotherapy is for courageous people who are tired of doing the same thing over and over and getting the same results!

I work with adults and couples who want different results in their life. You will be listened to and understood, but also get new tools to take with you.

CONTACT ME for your initial 30 minute consultation or visit my website and book your appointment through the orange box on the home page.

At the end of our time together you will reach your goals of feeling better, more relaxed, peaceful and happy with a good sense of how to take new skills into your day to day life.

Married couples/partners experience increased connection, develop open communication, resolve resentments, are able to share honestly in a safe space, and understand each other better. I have taken specific couples counseling training and use the theories of the Gottman Institute who have studied relationships for many years.

It can be hard to ask for help and many people just wish the problems away or put their head in the sand. Usually, the problems just don’t go away but can get worse. BE BOLD and courageous, SEEK HELP, and learn a new way. You will find a caring and judgment free atmosphere where you will feel heard, understood, and provided new tools for a better life. Meet the Business Owner

Nancy R.

Business Owner

Years of my own self growth and therapy helped me to make a mid life career change in 2006. After many years in the professional world, I began my education at Chapman University and graduated with honors with my Masters in Psychology, emphasis in Marriage, Family, Therapy in 2009.

I value therapy and have been changed greatly by my own personal work. The most successful therapists that I have worked with have supported me in finding my own way. I believe in working collaboratively with you on the goals that you want to accomplish. I don’t tell you what to do but coach and empower you on your journey of healing and growth.

Although I have learned and used many therapeutic techniques, I am able to pull out of my toolbox those that will help move you along most quickly for your particular challenges. I especially like psychodynamic therapy, cognitive therapy, attachment theor
