Red Dog Shredz

Friendly, fast, affordable and secure service «at your door»! Twice we’ve invited Red Dog Shredz to our place of business (our home) due to the sheer numbers of boxes of old paper records to be shredded. We highly recommend their services!

Went to get paper bags shredded for my pregnant boa constrictor. Staff was very helpful and great prices. Fast service!!!

This place was fantastic! They charge $ 9 for a full bankers box, ours was about half full and he only charged $ 7. The guy who worked there was super friendly and even showed us how they destroy hard drives! We will definitely be back!

Stopped by with 2 boxes to shred… I needed them to be shredded in my presence.
Justin was by himself in the store… I explained my need and he said «No problem». He took both boxes out to the truck and voila! Our need was taken care of.

Went into to get information on dropping my shredding off and got all the information I needed. They even sent me with an empty box to fill. I went home filled it and brought it back the same day. The guy in the store came out and got it from my car and shredded it right in front of me for only $ 7. Super easy too and quick. Do you know how long this would have taken me to do in my little shredder at home??? Never again now that i found these guys. THANK YOU RED DOG SHRED!!! I’ll be back.

Today, I went to Red Dog Sherd (not a typo, take a look at your receipt) to have one box of paperwork shredded at 10 a.m. this morning. There was no line or anyone than the female with a ball cap and pony tail who was on the phone working there. Though I was not being demanding or unwilling to wait, she put her call on hold and appeared annoyed that anyone was there. She charged me for the service and attempted to get me to take an empty box in place of the box I brought in, still full and waiting to be shredded. When I told her that I would take my box back, she went back and emptied the contents onto the table and brought my box back. I then asked that she shred what I had brought in which elicited her response that they shred all of the material before the end of the day. At that point, I insisted that she shred it in front of me. She grudgingly did so. NEWS FLASH: I brought this to you to have destroyed, protect my privacy and am paying you for that service. If I wanted to place trust that it might be destroyed, I would have thrown it in the trash at home. This woman’s attitude and commitment to the customers of this business is unacceptable. I will go somewhere else in the future.

The owner Clifford contacted me with a sincere apology for the service received on the day that I came in which I appreciate. It is unfortunate that one employee of a company can leave such a negative impression of a business that someone has worked so hard to build. Apology accepted and my thanks to Clifford for taking the time to respond.

Felt very secure in taking my sensitive documents to Red Dog Shred. The staff was very professional, and they offer you the opportunity to watch your items being shred should you wish to. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Red Dog Shred on Madison is has the best service. Especially on Saturdays.

I went to Red Dog today for the first time and I was impressed. It was convient, easy, inexpensive and extremely secure. The young man working there was very helpful from beginning to end. I use them again in a heartbeat.

WOW, this service is amazing I will be back next month to shred all my paper and mail with Red Dog, my identity is protected now that I found them!!!
