Perfectly Clear

We are new to having our home cleaned, so I’ll be honest that I was not sure what to expect and there was a great deal of initial deep cleaning needed. Two very nice ladies came to focus on our greasy kitchen and the bathroom and they did a really great job. We will continue to have them come monthly and I think in time I’ll see more of what they can do! We also had our windows cleaned and to this day, we look out and for a moment think the window is open because they are so clear! The team of two guys did a great job, came early and worked very quickly but expertly. They even washed the garage windows (that was unexpected!). We are looking forward to maintaining a relationship with this company!

Great experience all the way around. No drama! I talked to a nice honest man on the phone to set up an appointment for a move out clean for my apartment. They sent me a text reminder the day before the appointment. Two nice ladies showed up a few minutes early even and went right to work! They did a fantastic job and were very efficient! Very reasonably priced as well! I’d definitely use them again!

We have used Perfectly Clear a couple of times in the past to clean the windows in our home. Exceptional job and we have a ton of Windows (3800 sq ft). Crew showed up albeit late, though they called to give us a heads up. Very professional and high quality.

I chose this company for a move-​out cleaning based on the amazing reviews on here. Getting in touch with them and scheduling it was very easy, and the 2 ladies that came to clean my place were very friendly. They did an amazing job cleaning the two main rooms (kitchen and bathroom), so much that they actually sparkled! I should have been more specific on the cleaning I wanted done in the other rooms as I found a few small things that were missed after they left. After a quick phone call with the owner though, the situation was fixed and I’m very happy with their customer service! They are incredibly friendly and do a great job, just make sure to be specific on what cleaning you would like done. I also learned they do separate services for blinds and window cleaning, so be sure to ask about those if you want those cleaned as well. Again, very friendly crew and great customer service!

This company is great. Clayton is excellent with scheduling and the cleaners are very thorough and left our extremely dirty stove spotless!

This was my first time using this cleaning service and they were outstanding! I am very OCD and picky with cleaning, so I rarely ever hire anyone to clean my home because I am rarely satisfied. I was recently in a car accident and due to my injuries I am not able to deep clean. The 2 ladies that came were very efficient. They made my bathroom look brand new! The counters, bath tub and toilet were sparkling. I had a couple stains in my bathroom from my purple hair dye and was never able to clean the stain completely, these ladies were able too! My 10+ year old toilet literally looked brand new again. My kitchen was very clean too, it would have looked brand new again if there was more time. Only reason why they ran out of time was simply due to a miscommunication issue, which really was no big deal. I thought when I scheduled them to come out that 2 ppl working 1 hour was the equivalent to 2 hours, like I have experienced in the past with several other cleaning agency’s. It really was no big deal, the ladies were very nice and so was Clayton the gentleman that answers the phones and does the scheduling. As long as I am unable to deep clean myself which may take a year, I am most definitely having them come out every 3 or 4 weeks. When I do get better, I will have them come out every 3 months. I LOVE this company, they are priced very fairly and do a fabulous job!

I just had my carpet, kitchen & bathroom tile & grout cleaning today (3÷10÷2016). This is my first time to use Perfectly Clear and they did an excellent job. Very professional and price was reasonable. Highly satisfied with their customer service and response time. They’ll deliver what they promise. Dean even offered to clean my area rug in the living room for free. I highly recommend this company and will definitely come back!

Had our windows and blinds cleaned yesterday and they did a spectacular job! I called about 5 different companies and Perfectly Clear had the best prices and they were very responsive. I ended up booking them based on other Unilocal reviews and am very happy I did. I could not be happier with the way our windows turned out. The 2-​man crew that worked on our windows were polite, good workers. They didn’t cut any corners or do anything half-​way. They also ended up charging me less than the estimate over the phone! A rare thing these days… Cant say enough good things about them!

Once again an awesome job. Have used these guys regularly over the last several years for windows and gutters. This time they also cleaned my blinds. They never disappoint! On time, meet estimates and the quality of work is exceptional. Thanks guys!

They responded really quickly to an online quote and were out to clean my house that week! The price was reasonable and they pressure washed the outside of the house, cleaned the gutters and even got the pine needles off my roof. I would totally recommend them and probably use them for gutter cleaning in the future.

I used them again for gutter & dryer vent cleaning. Awesome again and I appreciated the honesty about my dryer vent which apparently wasn’t very dirty. Highly recommend… still.

Quick update — the carpet cleaning was top notch as well. As soon as I am settled in my new place, I will be using this team as a regular cleaning service. Very impressed.

Adriana and Josefina cleaned our house today and it looks impeccable! The ladies worked hard the entire 3 hours and our house feels squeaky clean. They went above and beyond and cleaned under our couches in the living area and also cleaned out our oven. There’s nothing like coming home to that sparkling clean look!

I called today and got the best possible service. They came out and cleaned my dryer vent. Happy because they were able to price match another company without hesitation, and they came out on time and were very professional. I will use them again for sure. They even hung around for us to go to the store and buy the proper dryer vent tape and installed it for us. Great customer service goes a long ways. Thank you

My husband and I recently purchased a home in the Morgan Creek area. We were overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning and repair that the sellers left us with. We are not afraid of hard work and most of the time can run circles around others our age but this was way too much for us. We searched Unilocal and liked the reviews I saw about Perfectly Clear. We called and Dean came out the next day to give us an estimate. We were in a hurry as movers were coming in few days. Clayton and his crew came the very next day! They did our windows, air ducts and dryer vent cleaning and the ladies came to do the housecleaning service. With all these workers in our house it was perfectly orchestrated. They worked beautifully together! They even did some extra things, (cleaned ceiling fans and extra ducts). The next day Dean came and cleaned our tile floors which are throughout the house. They turned out fantastic and shined like new. After they were finished everything looked fabulous! That says a lot as were are perfectionists. We were also very happy with the pricing. We are going to call to have our gutters done next before winter. We will also have them come yearly to do the windows and gutters. This is the best service we have ever received from a company hands down!

I had these guys out to do a vent cleaning in my house. They were very courteous and friendly. They waived the fee on a few vents due to ease of cleaning. I had them out a week later to do my windows and blinds, and they were once again, great. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I am impressed by the thorough cleaning from the cleaning ladies yesterday. They came right on time and worked steadily the entire time they were here. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless, including the oven and refrigerator.
Today, the carpet crew came. They vacuumed the carpet first, then pretreated and finally steamed the entire four bedroom plus family room in two hours and did a fantastic job.

Had Clayton & Crew come out to clean windows, dryer vent & clean out gutters before the rains come. As usual they were professional, polite & very respectful of my dogs who followed them around the house. Clayton himself (who is one of the owners) even spent an extra couple minutes giving them a head rub, lol. My windows look brand new & i now have peace of mind that my gutters are all cleared out. Thanks again guys, great job as always!!!
