I go out of my way to get my oil changed here. Every time I drive up I’m helped right away, my lights are checked and I’m offered a bottle of water. Dave is always friendly and helpful and every time I come it seems like he’s teaching someone new the ropes. I’ve always been very impressed with how he treats his employees/​coworkers in addition to how he treats customers.

I am sitting here in my car while the change is happening, 10 minutes for my Prius so far. I usually go to the dealer, but they’re too far today. I’m so glad I came here, I like that I can see what’s going on, they actually check what they say they are checking and are really nice, just wish there was a coupon or check in special.

Beware of up-​sale tactic, if you just came for a simple oil change then be sure and state that or else they will try and sell you services that you possibly don’t even need for your vehicle. Oil techs are kit that knowledgable so watch them when they change your oil, tech thought my Chevrolet Avalanche was a Cadillac Escalade, how does one who works on cars all day long do that? Anyways grab a coupon from the penny saver and get your oil changed but keep in mind what I said.

Excellent. I gave up on «quick lube» chains about ten years ago after I grew tired of kids trying to up-​sell me at every corner or bringing samples of my various fluids just to find that the caps were missing the next day or leaks had developed at the inspection points. These guys are quick, to the point. and old enough to know something about the work they are doing. If you have the experience to do it yourself but you don’t have the time then this is the place.

Terrible. Must be a new owner or something, because the lazy guy sitting out front on a Sunday, doesn’t care to let us know he is closed, so waited for approx 15 before asking «hey, are you open?» Response? «No, not open on Sunday.» THANKS, HELPFUL. Sorry we didn’t look up your hours, but don’t make us wait 15+ minutes after acknowledging us. I will never bring any vehicle there. Ever.

Mobile 1 Lube Express is a super «customer safety first» place! My «low air» notice went on for the first time in my Mini as I was driving to my gym class and I pulled in rather than waiting to go check the air after class-​I was greeted, guided in over the ramps and when I told Aaron my concern, he said, «Not a problem, safety first. I’ll be happy to check ALL your tires for you!» He did AND he also replaced the cap on the tire that possibly caused the «low air» sensor to go off-​it was a few pounds low too. I was not charged and am letting EVERYONE know, this is the place to go for fabulous, courteous, «they really care about your safety» place! Go see Aaron, he is terrific as I imagine all the employees are too! Thank you Aaron!

Super quick and very nice. Went in, no wait. The whole service was about 10 – 15 minutes. Free waters while you wait. Gave me money off without a coupon and didn’t try to over charge anything. They seem very honest. Will definitely be going back here.

I went in for an oil change and asked them about their $ 19.99 special shown in the PennySaver. Normally it is $ 34.99. I did not have the coupon but he offered it to me for $ 24.99. They had me in and out of there very fast. They did ask me if I wanted a transmission fluid change (I do need one, I know that) but didn’t pressure me for any other services, which I appreciated. When processing the final paperwork, he did note that my high mileage vehicle could use the synthetic oil change and he also mentioned their free top off service, which is a nice deal. I will probably pay these guys another visit (with the coupon, which you can print off of their website).

I hate writing this review because it’s a neighborhood shop, but I found these people to be completely untrustworthy. I had a coupon for a $ 25 oil change, and they approached me DURING the oil change and said it would be $ 100. After I flipped out they explained that their «printout» on my vehicle said that they HAD to use synthetic. After arguing further with them that I didn’t want synthetic, the best they could do was $ 80 (after the discount). I will never go back to this place.
