Flower Nails

Lily is on vacation and a whole new group of people have taken over. I had to get a broken nail repaired and after a couple of days the white turned yellow! I had a pink fill a week later and it was horrible. The white has already turned yellow. The person who worked on them said I can’t use hand lotion or they will yellow. I never had this problem with Lily! My daughter had a manicure and pedicure. Both horrible. The polish was on her cuticles and the coverage wasn’t even uniform. I asked when Lily would be coming back and they were very vague. Did she sell the shop??? I won’t go back until they get Lily back.

I have been here more than a few times along with my husband and I have nothing good to say about the craft! Although the lady is nice the quality of my nails absolutely sucks! I went in there after taking a break because of the nails breaking the next day and show to pictures and described in detail how I wanted my nails the guy continue to do as he wanted. I even corrected him during telling him that he glued three nails on crooked and pointing to the right he said he would fix them with acrylic. The shop was busy and they had to turn down a few customers but they were rushing around and jamming through mine and my girlfriends nails forgetting to put on a third coat on one of the hands jumping up and leaving me and my girlfriend sitting there while they attended to other customers. I actually asked them to remove the nails because they were nothing how I wanted them and they proceeded to tell me next time when you come and get a fill. And it was $ 10 extra to take off the nails what a joke

I come here every time I need to get my nails done and eyebrows waxed. Excellent service, really nice people. I’ve never made an appointment, always walk in and never have to wait which is nice.

Flower Nails is the best thing going for a local, professional and affordable nail salon. Lily took this old, tired business to a new level with her remodel from top to bottom. It is quiet and clean and very accommodating. from nails to waxing, the services are well done. No problem recommending to friends & family members. My husband’s first ever pedicure was luxurious & he will be back!
Any negative reviews do not mirror my experiences here & sound like some kind of axe to grind. this place is top shelf… easy to make appointments & pleased with results!

If I could give this place no stars I would. They steal customers from other local businesses. New person walks in looking for a particular person and they say yes they are them. Not good business practice. I don’t care language barrier or not — you don’t steal customers from other people. They play dumb that they don’t know, but they do. I wouldn’t recommend a dishonest place like that to anyone.

Lili, the new owner has done a fantastic job renovating the old shop. It’s clean and attractive. She’s friendly, and does a great job with her customers! Love this shop!

Lilly, the previous owner sold this shop really without notice to her loyal customers. to my surprise. ;(. The new owner is all about the up selling… I notice the shop is struggling a bit the ladies are doing the best they can. They went up a bit on the prices.$ 2.00 or more depending on your service so buyer beware. I will be surprised if this shop doesn’t change hands by the end of the year. Too bad. good location. They do have a great Esthetician on staff named Holly.

I loved this place for the longest time until one time I was there right before they were closing and went to the back to use the bathroom and saw one of the girls putting the paraffin wax from the bags back into the warmer. I was so shocked, I didn’t know what to say. It makes me sad because I really liked them but it just makes me think where else are they cutting corners? Don’t believe me? Watch them, they don’t put the wax bags in the trash, they put them next to them.

I was visiting Sacramento and decided to get a manicure and pedicure. I just walked into Flower Nails and was seated in a pedi chair right away. The people here were so incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. This was one of the best pedicures/​manicures I’ve ever had! They were thorough and the massage was amazing! They did a great job on my polish as well. I just got regular opi nail polish but they did such a good job someone actually asked me 2 days later if it was gel polish. Because they did such a wonderful job, my polish still looks fresh! I loved this place! I will make a point to come back if I’m ever in Sacramento again!

I use to go here all the time till I moved and now I’m back in fair oaks and back at My favorite place for a gel manicure which is here! I called in to go in within 30 minutes of my call, I got there and I didn’t have to wait. They had a lot of colors to choose from and had just gotten some new ones in. Hamin was the girl who did mine today she was great, clean and very knowledgeable about how to get my nails to be stronger. She also have me a hand massage when she was done. The price is $ 25 for gel manicure which is standard everywhere I got 2 designs in each hand and my total was only $ 28!!! She said mine should stay around 3 –4 weeks since she put extra base coat to strength my damaged nails. I’m excited to be back to go back to them time and time again :) the other place I was going to was great but for the same thing they were charging me more than double. Please go to flower nails you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

This salon is under «New Management» and the salon has been totally updated with new chairs that are wonderful, lovely new floors and very clean always. I have been coming here since the new owner Lily took over and I am very happy with the care and professionalism that she and Halim provide to me. I am so glad that I took a chance and came back to this salon. They are so nice and everything is cleaned and sterilized after each customer. If you live in the Citrus Heights area or Rancho Cordova area give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I tried this place while the previous owner was still there, the did such a horrible job that I needed to go back and have them make some corrections. Lucky for me the new owner, Lily, was just taking over. I have really weak nails and never had good luck with the gel for some reason the manicure holds longer the way Lily does it.
The prices are very reasonable. I have finally found a salon that I want to go back to.

Under new ownership. Lily is friendly and easy going. Great new Chairs for pedicures. Lots of pedicure options, which i love. Like hot stone, parafin wax and coconut milk all to make skin soft and me melt. Staff eager to please and willing to be creative with coloring nails.

I’ve been coming here for a year now. I stumbled in here while waiting for my Thai food order from the restaurant a couple doors down. I met Sandy Ly the first time and have been coming to see her all year.
Sandy is absolutely AWESOME!!! She is such a sweetheart and is very talented! Their prices were great too! Absolutely NO complaints! So, why just one star?
I called to make an appt with Sandy for my Xmas mani/​pedi and they said she was on vacation. Fortunately, she had given me her cell number, so I called her cell. She wasn’t on vacation… she quit and moved to a new location. Why lie? What is the point of that?
Sandy is happily working elsewhere, so please message me if you’d like her contact info. She didn’t tell ANY of her customers that she was moving so she is having to rebuild her client base. She was so happy to see me and appreciative that I would come to her new location. I’ll support someone like this all day long versus people who lie!
Truth hurts sometimes… these people need to change their business tactics!

Since the new ownership this place has gone down hill!!! My mom and I used to go there all the time and had a great experience but the new owners have ruined it. The pedicures are timed for 15 min now and things that used to be free are no longer free. The new owners are very rude!!! I would suggest taking your business elsewhere!

Literally the worst. The people are pleasant, but they rushed through my pedicure and manicure. I paid 50 dollars and I can still see the old color of my nails through the new color that they painted over. As well as finger nail polish on my skin. Would not recommend this palace at all.

Been coming here for 7 years. Everyone here is great. I always see Lilly. She’s my gal for my acrylic nails and my pedicures. She listens to what you want, not one of those that does what she wants. Prices are great. My fills are $ 18. Spa pedicure $ 20 with free hot parafin wax.

Nancy and Lily were both very sweet. I recently moved from the Bay Area and had been looking for a new nail salon for a while… I’ll definitely keep coming back here.

I had a horrible experience here. I went in for a full set of nails and a pedicure. I was there for 4 hours. They were very slow. And to top it all off, they did a horrible job. My nails are all different lengths, they look crooked, and they are messy. My toes are not much better. I got a French Tip on my toes and again the paint is all uneven. The slow process made the experience unbearable. Plus the cost is ridiculous for the work they did.

I love this place. Been going here for years. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. Sometimes if you go in on a busy day you might have to wait but I just have enough balls to ask how long and I tell them if I wait even one minute longer I’m out. Haven’t had to do it yet but that is because they know me and they know that I don’t believe it when they say «5 minutes» like all the other places.
