Excellent customer service from the mechanics and front desk! Had my oil changed here several times and will continue to come here. They are pretty quick even when busy. I like their recommended services but I never feel pressured to buy. Also appreciate that being female they don’t assume I know nothing about cars and they don’t talk to me like I’m an idiot.

If you’re a female I’d suggest finding a more honest shop for your oil changes… Otherwise, they might try to convince you that your car needs «ethanol-​based oil,» which, of course, costs much more.
Then they’ll try to charge you for more quarts than what your manual says your engine can even hold. BUT! If you can PROVE that they used less oil, they’ll refund your money. «My mistake, it was only 5 quarts. Sorry about that.»
This place is a joke. I’ll never step foot in this shop again, not even to use the $ 10 off coupon they handed me after full-​on arguing with me. «Oh, you can’t actually use the coupon today. It’s for your next visit.»

I just got home from having my 2nd oil change at this store and I have to say they are the nicest people ever. Both times they were, fast, efficient, friendly and do an awesome job. I feel that they’re honest and don’t put the hard push on you to get extra work done. I will definitely be a long term customer!

I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change on 10/​31/​2015. I was told that there were 6 cars ahead of mine and if time wasn’t an issue, they would do the oil change. I waited 20 minutes to be told that since there was a «horrible» noise coming from the engine compartment they were refusing to do the service. I’ve had my vehicle since 2003 and it has had that noise off and on since I bought the vehicle AND they have done SEVERAL oil changes on this vehicle. I was told I could speak to the manager, but at this point I said forget it. Personally, I feel that since it was after 2pm, they just wanted to get home since it was Halloween. I will take my vehicle elsewhere and make sure NOT to recommend this awful establishment.

Staff was very nice they also recognized I was the first person waiting in line and made sure that all was well. Mechanics did a great job and money was not an issue cheap prices for great work.

Zero stars. Wow, guess you can’t trust anyone these days. 2nd estimates are always a must.
I was here at SpeeDee about 3 weeks ago to have my oil changed and brakes checked. They told me that the front brakes only had about 15% left and that I should get them fixed. They gave me an estimate of $ 229.00. I couldn’t understand why Mazda would sell me a car with bad brakes. They also rotated the tires.
Went to the Mazda dealership this morning and they said there is nothing wrong with my brakes. The front has a little less than 50% left on them and the back brakes have over 50%. WT@? SpeedDee either tried to rip me off or they don’t know what they are doing. They also measured the tread on the tires and said that the tires shouldn’t have been rotated as it’s a front wheel drive and the back one’s are better and should be on the front.
Now I’m at SpeeDee asking them to rotate the tires back for free and to give me my $ 20.00 back for the rotation. They agreed. I now have a call into their corporate office to put in a complaint.

I really like this place.
I took it in for an oil change (because I had a coupon of course) and they did a great job. They ended up giving me a discount card for my next visit, I can’t remember why (maybe it was because the coupon I had wasn’t for all the services I need or something, but they didn’t have to give me that, but they did).
Anyway, I decided to get the transmission and back brakes fixed. I found another coupon and brought it in. Unfortunately the transmission coupon wasn’t valid on my car (specifically IDK why, but I will admit I don’t know much about cars, and they told me how much it would be, and I have to get it done because I am selling my car soon). So, in addition to the discount card I had from my last visit they also gave me another 10% off which was beyond customer service.
I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer. Unless I get some sick ass Benz or something where the maintenance is free for the first few years. Dream on Shell.

The split oil filter they installed was on so tight, I had to buy a special tool to remove it. They split the filter wrenching it on! Complete incompetence!

this place was great I brought my brand new 2014 focus for a oil change but wanted to use my own.20 $to change ur oil if u bring ur own oil, I brought royal purple and a k&n filter. took them about 20min vacuumed my car out and even confirmed a minor oil leak that I was on too as I could smell it but didn’t see it. overall wish I could give 6 stars ! young women up front was very sweet and genuine and I wanna say guys name was gary? was very helpful. I will be heading back soon and recommending friends and family

I came here because my car was having issues starting and my check engine light was on. I had a coupon from the penny saver for and oil change and free code check. They take my car and the second he gets in he tells me the light wasn’t on. (That happens sometimes) so they change the oil and someone else comes in the office. «Your battery and belts need to be replaced, and you need a brake flush.» 305 wanted already! My boyfriend did a brake flush 2 months before. So I knew this place was up to no good. So I call my dad and tell him everything he told me just get the belts and leave.
I go back in the office and there’s 3 other customers, with 3 employees ALL getting bad news too. This place is only out for money and can care less about safety. My car is still having issues and I will never go there again!

Brought the car in for an oil change to give my husband a break from it. Splurged on the synthetic upgrade for an outrageous $ 55 and told them before they started that we had noticed a leak. They did the oil change and THEN called to tell me about a «substantial» leak that they would be willing to fix for $ 150 PLUS THE COST OF A SECOND OIL CHANGE. No thanks, I’ll take my car somewhere less shady to pay for that second oil change.
In addition, they took things out of my glove box to check the cabin filter and «found» that the filter holder was broken. Which it wasn’t. And we are sure because we change our own filters. THEN they left the things they took out of the glove box on the passenger seat for me. I can’t say enough bad things about this experience. The office girl was clearly TRYING to be polite. But it was also clearly difficult for her. And on top of everything, after I checked in on Unilocal,I went to use the $ 5 off coupon and she had the nerve to say that normally they won’t honor it unless it’s printed (maybe I should’ve sent it by carrier pigeon but I clearly remember entering the 21st century over a decade ago). The only positive things I have to say about the whole experience is that she did honor it despite their ridiculous policy and the technician I spoke with was polite and informative.

Great customer service! I just went in for an oil change and it took maybe 30 min, if that. The gentleman sat down and explained to me what they did and that I didn’t need anything at this time. The receptionist was very nice as well. I’m definitely coming back and recommending this place.

Called Goodyear and Sears to get an oil change. The wait times there were between 1 and 3 hours so I decided to call here and see of they could do it any sooner. I was helped over the phone and was told by the friendly receptionist that it would be approximately half an hour. I arrived about 20 minutes and by that time they had gotten a bit busier than expected. Still fit me in and got me going in the time they told me, and the price was fair to me. Rhett was especially friendly and although I may have came off as a bit flustered he still kept calm and professional. Would recommend to anyone. Garry, the tech who performed the service, was also very friendly and professional. Thanks!

Well after getting the run around at a few other smog shops in town we found this place on Craigslist advertising a great deal on Star certified smogs called the «Craigslist special».
As soon as I pulled into their parking lot with my car a nice gentleman immediately came to my car and started helping checking me in. Talk about good, fast customer service, they had me in and out of there in 5 min. Compared to being at that other place for 15min without them acknowledging me, this was great.
The waiting room was clean and much nicer than most. I didn’t stay there long though as
I left my car to have it smogged. They called me a couple hours later to say it was finished. I must say this was a pleasant experience compared most smog shops. I will definitely be coming here again and also recommending this place. Thank you for the great customer service!

I was pleasantly surprised to have received a response from the owner, Rhett. He was great in explaining to me the policies and options that I should have been presented when calling in. Happy to see that my concerns were heard and that they do value their customers. It is also good to know that next time I should ask for a manager, who will be able to address my questions.
Definitely worth a second chance, in my opinion.

Things have changed here without notice and I’m seriously displeased.
It’s not what it was when I first started getting my car serviced here.
The protocol is different. Prices are different. People are different. Things that shouldn’t be touched were touched. I didn’t like that at all. I don’t know why they would have to open my sunroof for an oil change. I don’t know why my CD was playing when i got in my car when I wasn’t listening to it at all.
What the fuck are you doing in my car?
I’m not going here anymore.
I don’t like that shit.
But most of all, I don’t like them asking if I want to go with a package when they don’t know if I need any of it.
Fucking ridiculous.
