I had a great customer experience with Kyle. Not only is he obviously a skilled plumber but for me it was all the little things that took him over the top. First he called me 15 minutes before he was due to let me know he had encountered a traffic accident and would be a few minutes delayed, then he took off his shoes before entering my house and then to top it off, the bidet I asked him to install was missing parts so he got in his truck and went to Home Depot. They didn’t carry them turns out but he didn’t charge me a cent over his original estimate even though this took an additional, unplanned 45 minutes. Kyle is my Go To plumber for sure and he should be yours too!

Absolutely superb! Exceptional communication and functional expertise. Called Kyle Sunday evening and was looking at our new Moen motion kitchen sink 24 hours later. Didn’t charge to run to Home Depot to get a part. One of the coolest vendors we have used. Funny and steered us in the right direction when considering replacing a garbage disposal (admittedly was operator errors causing our issues). Kyle didn’t try to up charge and tack on work. Kyle is our new go to plumber when we need projects done.

I called Kyle this morning and he scheduled me for the same day! Two toilets that needed to be reset and a valve that needed replacing. He was on time, pleasant to deal with and cleaned up after himself. And reasonable pricing! What more could you want?
I found a good plumber and I am excited! Thanks Unilocalers… you never do me wrong with your recommendations.

I am thrilled to have discovered Kyle Frasch on Unilocal!He installed four Toto toilets, a Toto Washlette, three new bathroom faucets and repaired our kitchen island faucet at a reasonable price. He arrived on time, had a pleasant and friendly personality, cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old toilets and debris. My only complaint is that he didn’t have any business cards for me to pass on to family and friends. :-) As a new resident of Roseville, I’m psyched to have found a terrific plumber/​handyman so quickly.

Kyle is awesome. He has fixed our sink at the house and my husbands office. He is very honest and his fees are beyond reasonable. The last time Kyle worked with us, he even went to home Depot to get the parts be needed. Highly recommended

I called to inquire about replacing a bathroom vanity/​sink combo with new one, involving connecting new faucet. Kyle told me his license doesn’t allow him to do jobs like this. However, Unilocal reviews indicate he certainly has done this for others! Phooey.

Unhappy. I don’t have much to write because HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I called him twice, maybe three times in a period of two weeks. Not one call. I don’t know how this person does business without calling people back. Unprofessional. Too bad for him because I got my work done professionally and in a timely manner with another plumber that does call people back. Good luck.

Kyle was terrific! Called him on a Friday afternoon to clear a clogged sewer pipe — all of our toilets and bathtubs were backed up. He called back right away and arrived 90 minutes later, as promised. Kyle snaked the pipe and cleared the blockage. It was great not having to go without using our plumbing overnight or over the weekend! Kyle was fairly priced and professional.

Did not get responses back in order to schedule service.

Kyle came over to install a new garbage disposal for me, and to replace a part in a toilet tank, and then came back when the latter item acted up a few days later. But I think the tank just liked Kyle better than me, because it refused to misbehave in front of him. Kyle arched a brow at me, probably assuming me to be missing a few parts myself (quite right), but the bottom line was that he took a look, kept checking it for several minutes while we earnestly discussed all things Doctor Who, and did not charge me for the wasted trip. Kyle is not crazy about climbing super tall ladders to replace things like way-​up-​there light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries at 15′ ceilings, nor anything too mysterious in terms of electrical work (I needed a broken light switch lever replaced, but the wiring looked unfamiliar to him, so that was fine), but for plumbing matters, he is so on it. He will also try to talk you through a repair that he thinks you can handle yourself, so if you’re prepared for a learning curve and some youtube videos, he will at least try to save you from a service call. We had a leak but couldn’t figure it out in our kitchen sink area. Kyle found the problem, told us what the best options were. Since our faucet was the issue we had Kyle replace it. We highly recommend Kyle, he explains everything, is friendly and has a lot of integrity and a good work ethic, knowledgeable and he takes pride in the work he provides.
We appreciated him getting us in the same day I called. We will definitely will use his service again in the future! Thank you kyle

I am so glad we called Kyle! We’ve had issues that have been ongoing for months. We had a leak from the base of our toilet, it was improperly installed by the installers of one of the big well-​known warehouse home stores.
We received a ridiculously high quote from a local plumbing company to reset our toilet, install a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal.
So glad we called Kyle, he did a wonderful job installing these items, his work was clean, professional and thorough and his prices were at a fraction of the plumber company. From now on we will always call Kyle for all our plumbing needs!!!

Well, main sewer line plugged again with toilet backing up into my tub…@#%**$! Called Kyle late Friday and he volunteered to come right away at no extra charge, but I told him we’d get by the night, just as early as possible Saturday. We agreed on 7:00 and he was right on time, snaked the line in all directions, and of course he identified the block and cleared it on first shot. He then advised me on causes so I can go to the property manager about addressing the actual cause of the issue (which is their problem to fix).

Kyle gave me an excellent service Today.
Not only did he quickly fix this minor issue, he also looked into my other issues, queries and gave me his best suggestion.
I can rate his attitude to be the best in the Industry. I will go back to him for all my handyman needs.

I’ve called numerous times and left voicemails and even text messages over the past few days, but never received any response.

Superb customer service! Immediate response even for a non emergency call! Detailed process explanation! Unfortunately, as Kyle anticipated problems that might come up which would be beyond his license (tho I suspect not beyond his ability) he couldn’t accept the job. Suprizingly, he would not accept a service call fee. In effect he diagnosed the problem (making me an informed consumer), and then called the plumbing company he recommended and explained the situation, all at no charge.
Anyone else know a business that does that?

I called Kyle last minute to replace our garbage disposal. He scheduled me for the very next morning. He was clean, courteous and charged exactly what he quoted. He made every effort to go above and beyond to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.
We will definitely use his services again if needed.

Kyle never returned my call. That is not a good start. If I hear from him perhaps we can do business?

Kyle knows the way to gain business is to have top notch customer service. I read a few of his Unilocal reviews and decided to give him a call.
I had a leak in my bath tub, he came over today (Sunday) and was so helpful! Not only does he extremely fair reasonable rates, he got me a snake at Home Depot (that I reimbursed him for) and taught me how to use it! You read that right– a plumber taught me how to use a tool not to have to call a plumber so often! When he left he asked him there was anything he could help me with or explain.
I will definitely be using him again, and appreciate the level of service he delivered.

Had been having some serious issues with a clogged drain affecting both the utility sink/​washer and our kitchen sink.
We tried all the usual DIY approaches, including draino, vinegar and baking soda, snake, etc… to no avail. Finally gave in on a Sunday afternoon and called Kyle. He came out at 7pm and after his initial shock at the pluming situation in our house (clearly not installed by a professional) he was able to clear it up in about 30 minutes for less than $ 100. Overall we were thrilled with the quick response and immediate solution.

wow– I’m super impressed. Highly highly recommend this guy– Kyle is really great. I’ve been having some minor, non-​urgent issues with my toilet so I had him come out and take a look. He was able to come out quickly (within a day). When he came over, of course, my toilet was on it’s best behavior– working just fine. :o/​We flushed it many times and he believes maybe toilet paper was a problem but toilet paper eventually dissipates and water flows easily again.
I mentioned a few other things I wanted to do-​ie. replace a shower head and he explained the simple process of swapping out a shower head. He would have demonstrated how to use a toilet snake– but since there wasn’t a problem– he didn’t need to. But how nice is that? For him to show us how to easily fix things so we don’t have to call plumbers for every little problem is just awesome. Most plumbers would fix easy, minor problems and charge as if it were a major problem. Not Kyle– and now he is my official plumber for everything now!
Oh, and one more (major) thing– he was here for at least half an hour and since there was no repair needed to be done– he didn’t even charge me for showing up. If I had cash on me, I would’ve insisted on paying him at least gas money. I am very happy and pleased– I just can’t say it enough. Especially after getting gouged by Armstrong a few years ago– go see my review on that… Thank you again, Kyle!

Kyle called back in a reasonable amount of time and we were able to set up a morning appointment for the following day. He was on time and very courteous. He explained the process in detail and even went to Lowe’s to pick up additional parts for the project. We had two bathroom sink faucets we needed installed and the price was very reasonable.
He also stayed a bit longer to answer my questions about another project I had in mind and directed me on the right path for my needs.

Wow… Kyle came out to my house and just left. Not only was he on time, he was friendly and explained everything to me. My toilet backed up and flooded my downstairs bathroom. I prayed to God that He would fix it. In the book of Job it says that God can dry up the ocean with a command. So I asked God to fix the drains and plumbing. He did fix it and I did not know it because I did not flush the downstairs toilet. so… When Kyle came out he said there was no problem everything was draining fine and no back up. He took the time and explained everything to me. He even showed me what to do the next time the problem happened.
To find him I went on Unilocal last night and saw his rating. Of course I called him and am so glad I did because many people would have charged me just to come out, but he did not charge me a thing. He is honest and will not try to fix something that is not broke. If it does not need to be fixed he will shake your hand and not charge you a thing. He did not even charge me for coming out and most companies at least charge you that so I gave him some money anyway just for coming out and explaining things to me.
Kyle told me if something else were to come up to call him and he would help me any way he can. May God bless him and his business for being so honest.

Called Kyle today because my toilet was making weird noises and leaking water at the base. He returned the call in a reasonable amount of time and came out the same day (and today is a holiday so bonus points for that!).
I am completely satisfied with the work he did. He also said if something goes wrong within a month to call him. But actually I’d call him again for any plumbing issue (or maybe other repairs? says handyman on here so well, I may ask him in the future).
The cost was reasonable. Total was $ 100. And the job he did was definitely in the gross category of things. He removed the toilet and replaced the wax ring. Under the toilet was this disgusting sludge. It looked to be at least 2 mm thick. It horrified me really. I could have taken a photo but really it was too revolting. He cleaned it up! And he fixed everything, all is working well with the toilet now.
I told him the last guy here to fix the toilet for basically the same issue (replace wax ring) was from the really horrible home warranty company I had at the time (no longer, its awful). I am pretty sure that other guy did a terrible job yet cannot remember his business name. Anyways, Kyle confirmed my suspicions that any company that is contracted with a home warranty is JUNK.
I asked Kyle about this other issue I have with the bathtub and bathroom sink getting slow to drain and if he does that (snaking). He is not a money grubber at all and basically told me exactly how to do it myself with some pretty low priced drum auger from Home Depot (I think I may already have one around here somewhere really). This is MUCH nicer than some other ridiculous plumbers I have called about snaking (they charged me over $ 200 for that, crazy!).
Kyle seemed like an honest and nice guy overall. I do recommend him.
You can pay with cash or a check. Its very nice he takes checks!
One edit on this: my toilet is still making a noise. I think Kyle said not to worry about it. But well, I find it disturbing. The last thing I want is for my toilet to break at some really inconvenient time and then I have to call one of those horrible rapid plumbing charlatan companies that charge you $ 500 for a $ 100 job. Probably will call Kyle soon to allay my worries about this noise.
Another update/​edit: My toilet somehow has stopped making the noise for unknown reasons. Its an old and mysterious toilet. All the work Kyle did is holding up nicely and no issues have presented so far. I may have to call him for something minor (kitchen sink). Although the sink could be easy to fix, its beyond the ability of anyone who lives here, including me.
