Established in 1995.

Our parent company, Wash Depot Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1995 and is based outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Wash Depot is a national, privately owned company that operates full service and exterior car washes under the Sparkling Image Car Wash® and Eager Beaver Car Wash® brands. Under the leadership of owner, President and CEO Greg Anderson, Wash Depot has grown from 16 to 50 locations in 9 states.

We stop here after/​before we do our Costco shopping at the Costco Everett. It is a clean, quick and efficient car wash. I can only speak to the exterior wash, but we were quite pleased.

Went for a full service and came back to a dirty car. When I asked one of the employees to take a look at it since the interior was still uncleared, he said that we would have to pay another $ 50 in order for it to be cleaned again. The employees were rude, totally not worth the money or experience. I don’t recommend going there!!!

This is an extremely busy car wash, due to its location, but I have to admit that the quality of equipment used is top of the line… The attention to detail with the interior services is very good. I would definitely recommend this location!

Horrible service. My Honda Accord 2014 came back with scratches and not cleaned inside had to talk to manager but they’re useless. I recommend you wash yourself or wash just external and don’t waist your time and money. This is the second time I have problems and they don’t care about quality but quantity!!!

I use those guys for second time pay 29.99 for the best full service!!! Not happen when they clean my floor mats they put them wet on my seats car wasn’t clean good from inside at all they are FAST 10 min jut car wasn’t clean good never use them i will never make that MISTAKE again !!!

This is a review for the self-​wash facility. The cost is not terrible, the water pressure, soap wash and other features get the job done. The machine takes cash or credit; however, I noticed that it was a bit difficult understanding that the card was charged properly since there isn’t much information along with the display screen.
After 5 minutes or so, the car was clean. I did not use the vacuum machines or the full wash service.

The blower broke the passenger side mirror. They claim the car had prior damage. There was NO damage, the car was just serviced at Infiniti. No one inspected the car before, how do how do they have the audacity to say it was damaged beforehand… They will not pay for the repair. Steer clear and go to an honest business.

The five stars are for the customer service and not the facility. I just completed a survey about my recent experience in their website. To summarize, I got a car wash and ended up with a flat tire. Having read the reviews in Unilocal,decided not to talk to the manager and fix it myself. A gentlemen calls me 30 minutes later and offers a free wash to compensate the inconvenience even though there is no way of knowing if it actually happened in the car wash. I did not accept the offer but it is great to know that they are willing to compensate.
About the facility so far I have had my car washed in here more than 10 – 15 times, tried almost all services from simple exterior wash to complete detail. The quality is not perfect but they do a decent job.

I went in early on Wed. it was quiet, the outside of my three week old car come out great, I paid 30 dollars for the works, The interior was forgotten about, when I told the guy with the red shirt, he wiped the crumbs out of the cup holders. The windshield still had bird mess on it the, other windows were quickly wiped. The doors were dusty inside. the man said it was scratched when he wiped it with a wet cloth, it look perfect. He made all excuses for the lack of cleaning the interior, I was so angry! I will not go back there again. He seemed more interested talking with a friend than doing his job.

Place is great. The workers are honest and work hard. I didn’t see any short cuts bring taken.
Best advice is don’t go on weekends unless you plan on spending an hour or so.

When this place is staffed it is a pretty good car wash and a slid value for the light detailing work they do. Generally you can get the inside and outside cleaned for around $ 30 and it comes out spotless.
On a chilly but sunny weekend day they told me they didn’t have anyone to do interior cleaning because of the weather. On my next visit, again no interior cleaning staff on a Sunday, this time it was because there was a Patriots game on. Finally on my 3rd try the following weekend they were fully staffed.

Simoniz is the best deal you can get! Inside/​outside for $ 17 (a few months ago it was $ 15– about time they upped it a bit) smells fresh and clean– they always find things I’ve been looking for under my seats!
No hard sells– big signs to list what they have a nice assortment of car fresheners…
One of my favorite parts is when you come in they take down your license plate number and the 10th wash is free– no hole punch cards that you lose, just them paying attention and being honest.

I sadly kept going back because of the lack of options in the area. A couple times service was okay, speedy — but the interior of my car wasn’t completely cleaned.
I’ve finally come to the realization that they have no pride in their business and won’t be returning. The outside of my car was still dirty with bird poop spots, which wasn’t noticed until i had driven out of the lot. I didn’t want to deal with the long line to get fixed. A few days later I noticed a huge slice in my back seat upholstery. No one and nothing had been in the back seat since it was cleaned. Unbelievable!
This place is too expensive for the lackluster job they do, wouldn’t recommend.

This review is for the $ 135 bumper to bumper detail service. The problem is I don’t think anyone at Simoniz actually knows what the word «detail» means because they certainly missed many of them.
It’s apparent that they put your car through the wash and however it comes out is how they wax it. There was still bird shit and insects on the car. Very disappointing experience for the exorbitant price.
To be fair the interior, wheels, and other parts of the car were done well, but I just can’t give them better than 2 stars for the lack of attention to detail on a $ 135 detail

The guy cleaning the inside of my car was cleaning and spotted my $ 300+ Ray Ban Sunglasses. Put them in his pocket and kept cleaning, spotted me watching him, and magically my Ray Bans were back out of his pocket…
Reported him to managent and hope there is a resolution, but due to this dishonest employee, it was my first and last time here…

This is a good, cheap car wash in an area that is definitely lacking. I have found that Greater Boston as a whole could use some more car washes, and most importantly, some newer ones. I was even in Upstate NY this weekend, and there were new car washes everywhere!
Either way, I like Simoniz because not only is it cheap, but they have real people drying your car. It never fails that, each time you go through a car wash with the blow dryers, your car is still soaking wet afterwards.

Love when my car is clean just got it done smells so good, my window’s so nice I can see out of them if you go early your wait is about 15 — 20 mins, they are great would recommend this car wash who doesn’t like a clean car !!!
