i think these place is worst dealership to buy a car from they tell you all these nice things up front so you can buy the car i bought 2006 honda civic 2 years go i never had Unilocal account now i have one i can now express my feeling about these people they are the worse people to buy a car from i would not buy a car from here ever they suck and unprofessional im glad i total my car it give me nothing but problems worse deaership ever i work the car busienss i would never treat my customer they way they treat me !!! dont go here they suck

Have been here a number of times for some repairs on my car. The mechanic is friendly, knowledgeable and seems to be honest. I drive an older vehicle, so when I go in for a repair, he tells me only what HAS to be done and makes sure I want to put more money into it. That, to me, means a lot because I have been to plenty of shops that would love to charge me for anything they could. Will definitely continue going here, even when I do finally get something new.

I came in to look at a Honda today with the intent of buying it and the guys there were so unprofessional and the guy I specifically talked to clearly lacked knowledge. I came in wanting to test drive the car because I already seen the car info on their website and he’s like someone already has a deposit on it but since I’m putting down a higher deposit they were willing to sell it to me. I’m like wth?!? I was uneasy about it so I asked to look at the other Honda Accord and the guy literally said to me which car do you want I don’t want to be pulling out all these cars, I’m like I’m a paying customer looking to purchase and he’s like I understand that, like do you? Then he’s like Ima need to book an appointment because the other guy was leaving and I told them I didn’t have time to come back in an hour I have another car I’m already interested in at a different place and the other guy tells this guy just let her go put a deposit somewhere else. So I started walking to my car when I heard that like I’ll take my money and business else where.
These people clearly lack customer service skills, organization and respect.
If you’re looking to buy a car here be prepare for the foolishness. The cars here are overpriced, also.

I had to go back to the everett auto gallery for a couple of minor issues, the guys there were super nice and helpful. they took care of all my concerns and needs. Brian the manager i dealt with in the past is no longer there. and the company fully apologized for the way things were handled on the day i bought the car. I would recommend this place now as these guys took my concerns seriously and addressed the situation properly. Sam the manager and Luis the salesman both treated me with great respect.

I had my eye on a car here, went here and looked at it some more and asked for a test drive. I was told that they require a deposit for a test drive. WHAT? I have NEVER heard of that in my life!!! I have bough cars at legit dealerships, such as Ira, etc. and NEVER in my life have I heard that before. But I did want the car soooo badly so I figured I would give them their $ 100 deposit and sign whatever form they made me sign in order to get my deposit back. only guess what? THERE WAS NOTHING TO SIGN! So they just expected me to give them $ 100 as a «deposit» for a test drive, then when I come back, they would give me my deposit back?! YEAH RIGHT!!! how do I know they were gonna give me my money back??? This is the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever been to in my life and their practices are just unethical. I would not even recommend this place to an enemy.

, I noticed a vehicle posted by this dealer. The next day, Luis called and asked if I am still interested in the vehicle. Hearing how professional he was, I hesitated to say no but showed up and found a great deal and superb professional support. So far I am happy for the service and the price negotiation process was extremely fair and honest. Thanks guys, you are top of my reference for prospective friends and clients shopping for cars.

long story short my father and i were looking to buy a Mini cooper for myself since they’re small and get good gas milage. After dealing with Lewis (awesome guy nice and fun to joke with) at the somverville auto gallery we came to this one to pay for the car. This is where fun stops. This other guy here told us we couldnt buy the car because i was not yet 18. Apparently he knows the law very well since he googled it. I know very well since we bought my sister a car when she was only 17 at a bonafide dealership that i do not have to be 18 to buy the car. Finace it yes i will have to be 18 but buying it? No. he knows we were paying in full and buying it then Lewis called him and told him we were buying it. My father had the check in hand and showed him it, but that guy wouldnt sell us it. He was also very rude to my father to the point where it pissed me off and i just told my dad lets go and find a new car to buy. Lewis called me later and i told him what had happen and he was confused to what that guy was talking about as well. couple days later though the owner of all the auto galleries contacted me. He was a nice guy he wanted the whole story and so i told him. He offered us a new offer with some discounts but after what my father and i went through i’d rather not go back there again. Lewis and the owner was great and nice. But the guy at the everett was rude and unknowledgable. so if you’re going to everett auto gallery be prepared to prove that guy wrong.
