Sidekicks Grill & Lounge

I had fun here. We came because YNot was packed and we wanted to go somewhere after fight night at the xfinity arena. They have one pool table in the back. They also have a ski ball machine which I sucked at but that’s alright. The décor was a pop culture theme with different quotes from various movies which I thought was creative.

Stopped in with a friend to have a drink. We were told about their great steak night but it appeared we were to late after watching a Tips game… WELL the bartender heard we were hungry and served us a perfect medium rare steak with fries and salad. Bartender was friendly making sure we all were happy! Stop in and give them a try. Everett needs places that are mindful of their drinkers and can cut someone off. That’s a business looking out for others. Thanks Sidekicks :)

Stopped by here after work for A drink and some food because the sign said bar and grill… To my surprise it was warmer outside then inside and there was no food at 7pm on a Thursday evening. Very rarely do I rate this low but the only plus was the Bartender was really nice and apologized like it was her fault.

REVISITING. Yikes… stay away from the burgers… YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! Cold bun, beef barely fits the bun… a slice of cold cheese was plopped on for ‘cheeseburger’. Possibly the worst I’ve ever had. So I’ve reduced stars. Still a great place for TACOS ONLY!
My son & I ate here because a placard on the street said…‘voted best fish tacos in Everett’…what the hey, why not! Surprise! They were sloppy but delish! So I brought my friend in before a Tip’s game. The waiter told us they have NEVER had fish tacos. We must have eaten next door??? We were sitting in the very same booth as before… but what the hey… again. So we had the pulled pork tacos. Once again, sloppy but awesome. They bring the assortment of hot sauce in a 6-​pack carrier. Good selection of on-​tap beers & my friend had a tequila shot… to each his own! Up the street from the Arena & not swamped with pre-​game fans. A definite bonus.

Wow. Had one beer at the hockey game and then went to sidekicks. Got cut off standing in line waiting for service for no reason. Bartenders when busy talking to each other and playing grab ass to give anyone service. So we left and went to Y not. What a great bar! Go to Y not

Went into Sidekicks last night for a drink after our hockey game. We’re a bunch of 40 something guys. None of us had been drinking yet one of our party was kicked out before he even had a chance to order… for «being off». He was kicked out within 2 minutes of entering the bar because she «sensed something was off». Kind of like Spiderman.
It wasn’t so much bad service as it was just plain bizarre. Don’t get me wrong, it was bad service… just bizarre.

I went here last night to meet up with a friend for a beer. They don’t serve food. Which is pretty uncommon for bars off of Hewitt. After consuming 3 beers over a good conversation in a span of 3 hours, we were cut off. Handed plastic cups of water by the «passive aggressive» female bartender. She did make it a point to dramatize the situation to other patrons. I’m not a lightweight nor an irresponsible drinker. So this was incredibly frustrating. My friend and I managed to take our awesome ice waters outside and have a cigarette; where he confided in me that he felt if we left the bar in anything other than a cab the bartender would call the cops. This is where I drew the line. We walk back in and she proceeded to pour us up our 3^rd round of ice waters. I used the restroom and declined the water. I’m not going to be held hostage by a bartender who obviously has some type of obscure bias against people having a decent time. Tldr; no food, pretty empty on a Saturday night and a tyrannical bartender. Skip it, there are better places out there.

My friend and I went in here Saturday night to get drinks and a bite to eat but never got served. We sat down and waited at a table, neither bartender came over so I went up to the bar, with money in hand to order drinks and both bartenders glanced at me several times but said nothing. One of the bartenders was counting a large stack of money and chatting with the 2 customers at the bar and the other bartender was putting away bottles and walking back and forth between the bar and the other room. I told my friend lets go and the male bartender glanced at us as we were leaving apparently still more concerned with his conversation than serving customers. The bar was not very busy, I guess I know why.

This is a great lil bar, everyone was super friendly and I had a great time, they had some great suggestions for drinks, I am sure I’ll be going there soon.

So, My husband and I stopped in on a whim on a Wednesday night. There were several customers there and we decided to order a drink. The bartender and waitress were very nice. We were very surprised to find out that Wed nights are steak night. Wow.2 top sirloin steak dinners with baked potato and salad for 8.00! I am picky about my steaks and really didn’t expect much, however I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious! The steaks looked to be about 8 oz, plenty for me. My husband ordered a second steak for only 2.00 more. The drinks are good, too! They have plenty of games. pool, darts, etc and it is family friendly before 9. We will definitely go back!

The hamburger was okay. The drinks were okay.

A little hole in the wall 2 blocks west of the Everett Events Center proved to be a great pre-​event meeting place and one of my new favorite places in Everett!
Admittedly you won’t be won over by the décor, but the amazing fresh food that is prepared so well and the friendly service are the important and rare things I value that will keep me coming back!
Tonight was home-​made chili that was the most delicious and fresh, and like my grandmother used to make, and it was fantastic. I Sidekicks also specializes in burgers & I had a huge, favorable blue cheese burger to die for!
Don’t miss this place & have a good time with the friendly people that work there!

Had a great time, great wings!!! And a couple cans of root beer! Bartender is really nice, atmosphere is laid back! Have pool table and other games! Will be back for wings!!! New personal favorite hang out!!!

Pretty decent bar for North Everett. It was totally dead when we came in on Friday night but all we wanted to do was visit our friend that was bartending. Being pregnant makes me kind of a boring bar hopping companion so I didn’t mind the low key atmosphere. I was totally stoked that they had a skee ball machine and I could have played that damn thing all night! Drinks are strong and cheap and besides the drunk dude that had to be thrown out, it’s a pretty cool bar!

This bar has a middle aged feel to it. Im talking about 40 year old and older type of crowd. Not sure what it is, I just didn’t feel comfortable in this spot. The spot seems kind of lame, to be honest with you. The female bartender in there seemed kind of rude in their, as well. It’s just not my type of crowd. It has more of a SKINHEAD, CONFEDERATE, black guy don’t hit on a white woman; type of feel to it.

Went back with my wing-​man and had an opportunity to try something new so I just had to write an update. Though we couldn’t resist the «Cardiac Arrest» which seems to get better and better (they used a different batter this time which made for a nice, crisp outside and juicy, melty inside), we had an opportunity to try the home-​made salsa with some chips and their hot-​wings! Seriously good on both fronts. The hot wings came in different levels of hottness. The sauce was excellent and the spice was just perfect. Enough to make me sveat, but not so painful as to make it unbearble. The owners/​bartenders even remembered us though we hadn’t been in for several months. That’s a good sign of a place that values it’s customers and provides great customer service… not to mention good product. Side kicks is a nice, laid back bar with excellent bar fare and staff that makes you feel welcome. That’s where you’ll find me before a Silver Tips game from now on!

Great Bar to meet up with friends. The food and drink prices are fantastic. The Bar is only a couple blocks away from the Comcast Center. A big plus is, its gay friendly. The bartender Krista, is hot.
