Let me make this very clear. I don’t post reviews ever.
These guys are awesome. I had recently moved to the area and didn’t know where to go to get some work done on my car. I had bought all the equipment I needed for a complete sound system replacement and I just needed someone to install it.
I searched Unilocal!and e-​mailed six shops. My e-​mail was five paragraphs of exactly what I wanted to have done, what equipment I had, and I requested a detailed quote. I know my stuff.
Two didn’t reply. Out of the four who did, three of them wrote back «well you’ll have to come see us», «we need to see your car and we can discuss options», and «when can you get down here so we can go over your options?»
Parkway was the only response that e-​mailed me back with a detailed install quote PDF, down to the exact dollar, based on my request. Mark even wrote me back and described what they would do, what else I needed (he was correct), and how the install would take place.
I was impressed. Turned my car over to them and when I picked it up, everything was perfect. The workmanship rocked. Clean, neat, and everything I had asked for. He even did two things I asked about (mount my phone clip) for no charge just because they were tearing out my interior anyway.
I walked out 100% satisfied and he charged me exactly what he quoted, even though it took longer than expected. I’d rather it take a day longer for a perfect install than having them rush it – to their credit, it was over Turkey Day weekend so they were very busy.
I’ll be back here for any work on my car in a heartbeat. Hands down.

These guys are amazeballs. Seriously. I have an open, accessible to the idiots of Boston and the elements Jeep — and just wanted something loud enough to hear over the big ass tires. This is my third place I’ve been to trying to make this work. Worst Buy sold me crap that blew out within a few months, some other place tried to get me to spend over $ 1K for something that likely would have been stolen within days, and these guys… they were awesome. Reasonable prices, realistic ideas of what I should/​could do in my vehicle, and now I finally have sound! Loud, crisp, driving 85 with no doors on and I can hear it over my tires sound!
I love them so much I went in my my (new to me) retro Benz, and they also hooked me up. They were able to upgrade my stereo *that* *day* and made it work with the current, crazy wired Bose speakers in there instead of trying to sell me extra crap I didn’t need to make my little car thump down the road. I could not be happier.
Go there. Good service, good prices, nice people.

These guys are really courteous. Great service. I had my auto starter installed a few years ago and had an issue with the engine check light on. (The guy at a gas station didn’t properly close my gas cap) They told me to come in and helped me fix it right away without any hassle. Love it. Thanks guys.

I have had several remote car starters and car alarms installed throughout the years in my entire family’s cars at Parkway Sound and Security. Each and every time I was greeted by very personable and knowledgeable people. They always took the time to explain things in detail and answer my numerous questions.
I had a minor problem one time with my newer vehicle that I had just purchased a few months before I had the remote starter/​car alarm system installed. Right away they told me to come right there and they would check it out admitting that it quite possibly could have been something they did or did not do. They put it on a diagnostic machine to try to determine if it may have been something they should have done but didn’t. It turned out that it was NOT them but an actual problem with my vehicle that needed to be replaced and was covered under the warranty. The fact that they did not get defensive and was willing to go the extra for me I feel is quite impressive.
I would rate my experience with this company with 5 stars and would certainly refer my family, friends and acquaintances.

These guys are pros. Took my hooptie in for an install and these guys did a great job with it. I don’t know much about this stuff and these guys knew that. Even knowing that, they didn’t tried to rip me off. I respect them for that. Their pricing was fair, and the workmanship flawless. If you need something done in a short moments notice come see these guys. You wont be disappointed.

I had a Pioneer after market installed. I wanted satellite and blue tooth. These guys knew just what to do and what product worked in my 2012 Ford pickup. The installation was timely and neat.
After a couple of days the satellite didn’t seem to receive as well as it should so they moved the antenna no questions asked.
The only blip was the owner’s manual was missing and they couldn’t locate it. I found it on line so it was no big deal.

I came here to have a Pioneer app radio with back-​up cam, as well as the Viper Smart start with alarm installed. I called them at 12:00 on a Saturday and was told to take it right down and it would be done before the end of the day! They did outstanding work and installed everything perfectly the price is extremely reasonable especially with a generous veterans discount they gave me! I can really tell that these guys «get it» and not only do great work but treat there customers right as well. Five stars in my book, I’ll be heading back down soon to add some lights and a radio in my other car.
