Dick’s Towing, Inc

Todd from Dicks Towing just left after picking up our deisal truck. He was on time and offered some great advice on issues we are having with our truck (e.g. Dog smell removal, moisture in truck). He was friendly, courteous and very professional. This is the first time we’ve used Dicks Towing and am very impressed. We went through AAA and am glad they use Dicks Towing!

They were responsible for toeing my truck to a motor shop to have a motor put in. Truck rolled straight through a chain linked fence, off a cliff and into a dumpster while it was in their hands. I know this sounds like some stupid joke buy it assure you it’s not. Anyways, mistakes happen right? Nobody is perfect, however, when an accident happens while the vehicle is under their control they should have handled it. The toe truck driver said they aren’t responsible and then asked «well do you want me to tow it or not» while it’s still hanging off the 8ft cliff. Very dissapointed. These guys show no integrity.

The only reason I could see why anyone would give 5 stars to Dick’s is because it was the first call they made and Dick’s showed up. That’s it and that’s all. I got stuck in the mud, granted I was off the grid, but not so far that Sky Valley Towing wasn’t happy to come. I called Dick’s and they wouldn’t even put a driver in the truck without a $ 1000 hold on a credit card. Sky Valley came up to Sultan, no money to gouge me up front, just showed. The driver had a great sense of humor and actually enjoyed the challenge. Oh wait… this isn’t a rave about Sky Valley, that will come after this rant. Dick’s has earned their name, they are dicks of the highest order. I’d give negative stars, if I could.

My son was 4 wheeling and broke his axle. Dicks was able to trailer this monster truck and deliver it efficiently.

I have had nothing but fantastic service from Dicks Towing. I have AAA and have had a few car issues lately and Dicks has been the towing company they have sent out. Every person has been professional and courteous, and they have been out to my house in minutes. Highly recommend!

Huge thanks to Dick’s Towing for their help on an icy morning this week. My incident ended up needed two trucks for one car to prevent damage to the car. Both drivers were very nice, obviously knew exactly what they were doing and my car was removed from a blackberry covered embankment without a scratch. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was a dummy and locked my keys in my car at the Everett Mall on November 7^th in the evening. Called AAA and they said someone would be between an hour or two. I was like dang, I think I could get someone here by then. Ten minutes after the call (it was 6:30) I got a text from AAA saying that Dick’s Towing would be there before 6:50. Nice! I only had to wait another 20 minutes. I was waiting by the Party City entrance and decided I should probably stand outside around 6:40 ish and they had a little van type vehicle with flashing lights driving up and down the rows. I appreciated the flashy lights as it made it much easier to spot the van in the dark.
When I waved/​walked up to the van the guy inside was just calling me. He was friendly and professional and didn’t make me feel like the total idiot I was for locking my keys in my car, he just light heartedly commented that alot of people were locking their keys in their car. I pointed out where my car was and he very politely had me sign a damage waiver for unlocking my car, which I totally understand. He unlocked my car in a pinch, and we were all done a minute or two before the «arive by time». Pain free!

Overall a good experience with these guys. Dispatch and driver were friendly. Pricing was clear and not surprising. Service was quick.

I was on my way home at 2AM from work when my water pump broke causing the belt to fall off.
I called AAA and they said that Dicks would be dispatched and would arrive at 3AM. Due to the nature of my modified vehicle (lowered, front mounted intercooler, exhaust and wheels) I had requested a flat bed after notifying AAA about these modifications. I was told not a problem.
At about 2:30AM I noticed about 4 fire trucks and a few state patrol officers flying towards I-​5.
3AM rolls by and the driver was on the dot, even after he told me I-​5 had been completely shut down due to an accident!
He located my tow hooks and got it on the bed without a hitch! It was super fun watching how fast and meticulous he was with it.
Got home at 3:30AM and he was fast unloading it than loading it (obviously).
He was professional looking with all the proper safety equipment, his truck was in perfect shape, his manners were awesome and the inside of the truck was clean and organized.
Overall it was a great towing experience for me, and would highly recommend them to any of my friends with similarly modified vehicles. I forgot to get his name, but thank you!!!

AAA sent them out to me for a tow I needed. Todd came and was so nice and helpful! He looked at the problem I was having with my car and found the problem. He even went out of his way to try to fix the problem! He gave me a lot of resources of how I can get it fixed or even sell my car if I decided not to have it fixed. I’m not originally from the area so I wasn’t familiar with where to go. Then he towed my car to my house and put it in a tight spot where I needed it to be with no problem. Best experience I’ve had with a tow company. 5 stars plus an extra star for Todd! A+

I have a very low, very difficult to tow car. I called dicks to take it to the shop after it slipped a belt. The first driver they sent out was newer and didn’t feel comfortable towing it without causing damage so he called for a different driver. Driver #2 was so amazing. I’ve never seen a tow truck driver be so careful and attentive to what he was doing. He towed my car just fine. And props to the first guy, I’d so rather wait for a different driver than have my ride messed up.

My car broke down in Marysville, WA and I had to get it towed back to Seattle… Dicks was called by insurance company and informed that within the hour a driver would transport my car. I received a call on my cell phone within 20 minutes to get my exact location the dispatch person said the driver would call when she was 5 minutes away… BOOM, 5 minutes away she called, pulled up and took my car promptly and courteously. I helped push my car since my Xterra needed to go onto the flatbed.
This business rocks and since I work up in Marysville, and Dick’s Towing is literally the next town over, if I can recommend a towing company to anyone that needs a tow from this area to anywhere, I’ll definitely look up Dick’s Towing on my phone for any person who requires emergency road service.

Was nearly taken out by a Dick’s Towing truck driver who failed to yield and was going about 30 miles over the limit. Then tried to go the «road rage» way. Needless to say I’ll never be calling this company to haul any car of mine.

I had a flat tire right after work. Called AAA who called Dick’s Towing. Todd was the person who came to my rescue. He was there a half hour earlier than quoted and had the tire changed in no time. This wasn’t a small car either, it was an Xterra where the spare is underneath the vehicle… no problem for Todd. Thanks again for such great service.

We had an incident where our truck was broken down (broken drive shaft). We were 200+ miles from our home. Dick’s came recommended to us by our hometown Dodge dealer after AA wouldn’t help us. We couldn’t have been more pleased by the service we received from our driver. He was a nice young man, who was friendly and knowledgeable. We had to ride with him in his truck for the 200-​mile tow. His cab was clean, conversation friendly, and you could really tell he liked what he did for a living.

When our car died on the side of the highway, we called AAA. They connected us with Dick’s, which we were so thankful for. The driver was there within 15 minutes and was super speedy getting the car all hooked up and such. He was incredibly friendly and personable. If we are ever put in that situation again, we will surely call Dick’s!
