took puppy training there very good. All the staff loves dogs very much, and they are right on any issues that come up. very clean, and our 1 year old loves it. They do have some pre-​requisites to make sure your dog will fit in and be safe etc. understandable with all the different types. Our dog did get kennel cough last time boarded there but, it can happen very easy anywhere. Its a very popular spot and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place is amazing! We did our group puppy classes here about 4 months ago with our puppy Duchess and were SO happy with the outcome. Nanci is such a great teacher and makes the class a lot of fun! They don’t just train your dog, they give you the tools to do it yourself. Duchess was extremely timid and terrified of almost everything when we started. By the end of the classes she was ecstatic to go and loved to play with the other dogs. Watching her confidence grow was so much fun! The staff truly cares about what’s best for your dog and will work with you to reach whatever goals you have. For us, we wanted to work on socializing Duchess and help her to be less fearful around new people especially. Fiona was so great/​patient with Duchess and made it her personal goal to befriend her (which she did!) We learned so many great training techniques –I wasn’t totally sure about the clicker training at first because Duchess was scared of the noise but ended up LOVING it and found it extremely helpful! We still use the clicker to teach her new things even 4 months later. I especially loved the emphasis on positive reinforcement rather than punishment. We will always recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent puppy class! We went with new puppy and all family members. Staff is very kind, knowledgable and accommodating. Will highly recommend this place for new dog owners. I would also board there with no hesitation!

My doggie LOVES it here. He’s always excited to arrive and falls asleep on the way home. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, professional, and I can tell how much they care about my dog. He’s a rescue and this is the only place besides home that he does well without his people.

We took our dog here awhile back for boarding and left highly disappointed. No one was there and the place was locked up when we arrived to pick up our dog at the scheduled time. No apologies, no good customer service!

We have been taking our dog since 2011 to The Dog Spot, they started out great and had no problems until our last three stays, i believe in second and third chances, our dog has ended up at the vet, this last stay over the holiday and this was the worst, 1200.00 vet bill, We contacted them to try and find out what our dog got into and asked for them to review there video tapes, they assured me that all the dogs are monitor by their staff 24 hours a day by a staff member, there has been no follow up call on there findings or anything, the staff has changed over, and not as nice like it was from the beginning, there were large pieces of plastic that our dog passed through his fecal and he started vomiting after we picked him up this could of killed him, the place is getting run down and not as clean as it use to be, we will not be returning our dog here, A return phone call or any kind help with trying to figure out what happened would of been a nice thing to do! We have given this company a lot of business and out of respect a phone call would of shown us that they really cared about our dog

This place is amazing! My chocolate lab takes puppy classes, goes to puppy play and occasionally doggy daycare and he is always excited to be there. Highly recommend this place.

Daycare and boarding are great here. The staff are very obvious dog lovers, and are extremely attentative when it comes to play supervision. However, I didn’t care for their obedience training at all. While it was good socialization, it felt like a waste of time. My pup is one of the few that are not food motivated whatsoever, and their obedience training focuses on treat rewards.

Phinney started here as an enthusiastic though socially inept 15 week old puppy. Phinney has a problem with invading other dogs’ personal spaces and jumping all over their heads. We had received advice from her trainer to socialize her with some older female dogs so Phinney could learn some lessons before she got into serious trouble as an adult. Worried, I contacted The Dog Spot to see if we could bring her to daycare so she could learn her doggy manners and Nanci assured me that daycare was a wonderful place for puppies to learn how to play.
As I had hoped, my little «Type A» puppy got schooled the first day. She came home super tired but calm. After 2 days of puppy daycare, we took her to her obedience class where our trainer remarked about how nicely she played with the other puppies. Score!
Phinney’s been coming here a few days a week for the past month and she loves it here! Once we start getting close to the place, her tail starts wagging and she just can’t wait to jump out of the car and run in to play with her friends. I love how happy this place makes her.
The place maintains a Facebook page where they post daily pictures of the daycare pups so pet parents can get a glimpse of their dogs at play. It would be nice if they had webcams so we could watch our dogs having fun too!
We’ve also boarded her for a few days while we’re out of town too. She returns home the same happy bouncy puppy. They take care of her well there!
I feel very comfortable whenever I leave Phinney at The Dog Spot. I’m happy knowing she’s happy!

I continue to take both my dogs to the dog spot for day care.
The growth I have seen in my great dane as he has attended classes and day care is more than I ever expected from him. He get so tuckered out from his day of playing and socializing that he is a completely different dog, in a good way!
The way Jen and Nanci interact with the the dog parents, and the staff is also so professional and kind. They really care about my kids… And understand that my dogs ARE my kids! They also handle problem situations really well. They hire great staff and do an excellent job training them.
As the grow and add services, like grooming and vaccinations, they pick the best people to do those things too just adding more and more value to their business. I can always feel confident that my dogs are being treated as good and even better than I care for them at home. I recommend them to everyone that asks about training and day care! And I check the Facebook page every time my dogs are there to see the excellent pictures that they post of my dogs having fun!

We have been taking our 8 month old Bouvier here for three months, and the experience has been great. We go in about once a week, and as soon as the car gets near the building, she becomes very excited and eager to go in, and at the end of the day, they return a happy, tired puppy to me. :-). We have also boarded her there for a few days, such a relief to be able to put her somewhere that she loves!

I’ve been taking my dog here for two years. I wouldn’t trust anybody else to take care of her. They are first class here!

So far we’ve done 1 day of doggie day care and then a few weeks later left our dog there for a long weekend. You ever see a dog just look tired in the eyes? Both times our dog has come home and slept like a rock after spending the day/​eve with the lovely staff and other dogs at the Dog Spot. Don’t get me wrong she’s excited to see us but then she sleeps like I’ve never seen her do. Basically The Dog Spot is overnight/​day camp for your pup.
The details — Amazing animal loving staff. Great (and CLEAN) facility. Reasonably priced. Dog’s aren’t kenneled the whole time so they get a ton of exercise (way more than at home honestly).
Ours is a slow/​picky eater and they helped her adapt right quick.

We love The Dog Spot! My husband works from home and takes care of our dog during the day. When he went out of town for 5 days, I frantically began searching for doggy daycares (I work full-​time and refuse to leave my dog alone all day). I am extremely overprotective of my dog and visited a few places before we came accross The Dog Spot. We went for a site vist and Nanci was nice enough to get us in last minute during a busy day. They required our dog to come in for an evaluation and although my dog is well socialized, he is beyond energetic. I truly appreciated that they used positive reinforcement on their guests and only allowed a certain number of dogs at a time. Our dog also went through obedience classes with Taylor and Jennifer and although he passed all of his puppy classes, he definitely benefitted from an adult refresher course. Even though our initial plans were to have our dog attend daycare for a short period, we bring our pup back on a regular basis just for the socialization and to tucker him out. A part of me wants to keep this place a secret but this place truly deserves a great review.

Great place to bring your dog. We had to bring our pooch here when we went on our honeymoon and they took great care of him. We;ve brought him back since several times, and he’s always very excited to go and play with the other dogs. They do day care, and boarding, with nice spacious kennels dogs can stay in overnight. We even had a problem with our dog’s behavior, and they were willing to meet with us to discuss ways to train him better. They post pics on Facebook of the dogs playing, too, hilarious! The owners, Jennifer and Nanci, are really nice, and they’ll work with you to set up anything for day care or boarding. Highest reccomendation possible.

Dog Spot is the SPOT for a dog!!!
We were visiting in Everett and needed a place to «day care» our Belgian Shepard Rex for some odd hours. Rex had never been boarded or day cared before so we were a little concerned. We called many places around Everett and decided on Dop Spot.
What a great pick! The folks at Dog Spot are great, the place is VERY, VERY clean. They were there to do what it takes to accommodate our schedule.
Rex did not take to doggy day care the first day; however, we felt good about him being at Dog Spot and know all was done to make Rex as comfortable as possible. The next day he was OK with the situation and when we picked him up it was «OK you are here but I was having a good time». We really appreciate Dog Spot breaking Rex in to Day Care.
The place is great and helped us with a little training.
I highly recommend Dog Spot for boarding, day care and traning. These are the right people!

From the moment you walk into the dog spot, you can feel just how special it is. You and your dog feel right at home!
I recently took my dog there to visit and to get some much cared for advice. I was amazed on how confident and comfortable my dog felt as soon as we step foot inside. I came to the dog spot not only to see it but to get advice on my dog who seems to always have anxiety with new surroundings and frightened. But we went to the dog spot and everything I said about my dog didn’t seem possible, she ran around like she owned the place. Got along well with all the other dogs and felt right at home. Trainer and Owner Nancy, is amazing! She has a bond with the dogs like I have never seen. I’m not sure if its just in her blood or what but the dogs are passionate about her as she is with the dogs and they are so obedient. I can’t say enough about this place!
I have gone to other doggie daycares and I mostly see hired girls who may love dogs, but never have a keen sense with dogs like I saw today with Nancy. It was truly one of a kind that should be experienced by every dog lover.
The place is very clean and tidy too. Large areas for the dogs to run and seems very organized, making sure all dogs are safe and well cared for. Smells fresh and its relaxing, as a person, I felt safe and comfortable. They even have an outdoor play area that is fenced in.
What else can a dog ask for!

Great Place We have never left our Bear in the hands of strangers before and we were moderately stressed about it, We heard from a friend that The Dog Spot had opened recently and was a nice place.
So with our bag full of Doggie paraphernalia including all of Bear’s recent shots (Bordatella DHLPP & Rabies A must to even consider taking our Dog anywhere) His Favorite toys and all his joint medication with organic peanut butter so he’ll willingly slurp them down (pathetically spoiled creature) I digress.
So we show up, very easy access from I-​5, now I’m skeptical its a warehouse! but much to our surprise we get inside and get a tour of their facility 1^st impression WOW its so clean and they did an amazing job converting this place its a safe and fun place for 4 legged friends, Padded flooring who knew.

Staff was very friendly and reassuring so we left him there for 6 days and nights while we jumped on a plane for a family event.
We chatted once while we were gone for about 5 minutes «Bears doing great he’s playing eating and sleeping»
So we go to pick him up he was healthy very happy to see us and all 90#’ bouncing off the walls there going on on about what a great dog he is. The women says the owner was on her way back any minute that she’ll be sad she missed saying goodbye… just then she walks in and Bear Stops jumping and slowly walks over to her sits down and kisses her hand.
We never have to leave Bear with strangers again as long as The Dog Spot is around.
