We smoke all of our own meat and poultry right here on the property. All sauces, marinades and salad dressings are made from scratch. We make a fusion sub combining everything wonderful about a banh mi and everything wonderful about a southwest bbq sandwich, topped with fresh veggies and your preference of mild or spicy sauces. We also make rice bowls and our own version of a very popular chinese chicken salad. We carry 22 flavors of boba (bubble milk tea), as well.
Wednesday special is imported Australian leg of lamb.
Friday special is prime rib.
History
Established in 2010.
Zhi Mei and Joe set out in early 2010 to fill a need locally for a high end sandwich which would offer customers the best available, pork, beef or chicken which was freshly smoked right at our facility. Due to overwhelming response to our drive-thru we have opened a «sit-down» location at 310 5th st. in downtown Eureka.
All of our products are bought fresh and never frozen before or after cooking. Customers can enjoy any variety of heat range in terms of piquance which they might desire. We are happy to cater events/office parties/holiday dinners etc.
Custom smoking is also available.

Business Owner
Zhimei is originally from China and has been working in the restaurant business for many years and has a deeply felt passion and derives great pleasure from pleasing customers. Zhimei, while working with her husband Joe has helped to create all of the marinades, sauces and salad dressings which have distinctly defined each of our products.
