Spent 11⁄2 months waiting for Dalworth to clean my draperies. Katy, from scheduling, and I spent at least 20 – 30 minutes describing the job. I have 19.5 foot ceilings and have 3 sets over 3 Windows. She guessed $ 350 for the job. The worker, Chris, came out and apologized for the extremely low bid, as I would need scaffolding. He guessed $ 1500. I am very upset at the eagerness to book and the incompetence to properly estimate. Chris said schedulers had done that before much to his chagrin. I’ll never call Dalworth ever again!

Horrible customer service! I called Monday with a flooded room that needed to be cleaned up. I was told they would get to me later that day. Every day since they say «today» then they never show. Finally Thursday morning I call and they said «sorry, we have been fitting in other emergencies» I said «isn’t my flooded room an emergency». After 4 days of getting out to the side I am moving on. And you should too!

I had used Dalworth in the past and the results were acceptable. This time they were not. The technician was on his phone the entire time he was «cleaning». He locked himself out of a room and had to climb in through a window to finish the cleaning. The spots were visible. I could have removed them myself!
I was contacted by the company but they did nothing.
Save your money. Go by a can of Hot Spot.

Worst experience ever! I paid for the premium service and the technician did not move any of the furniture (like stated). He also ruined one of my other rugs. Forgot several spots (I had to show him). And failed to clean my baseboards (not a single one!!!). Also he wadded my curtains all up in the blinds so I had to get them all dry cleaned. The whole time he was on the phone booking appointments for his own carpet company he had just opened up. I called customer service and they just said sorry. I WASTED over $ 740. Do not use this company!

I was in need of an asap cleaning after my dog decided to get sick (#1, #2, and #3) alllll over my living room. I used Dalworth’s website — but was told no same day service was available. Bummer. Within a few minutes, I had an email and a phone call to discuss my needs. The rep, Chelsea, was able to get me an appointment squeezed in, and the tech was at my house w/​in a few hours. Casey was his name– and he did an amazing job! I would have never in a million years thought the damage was cleanable. I had already started researching new carpet.

After two cleanings, spots were still there including normal traffic spots. Although, customer service was pleasant to work with they tried everyway possible to come for a 3rd cleaning.
Dalworth insisted they refund money with a gift certificate to use on future services. I explained there would be no future services. After «team leader» came out for inspection, they have been generous enough to offer us a 25% refund.
They were a little higher than other services but we went with them because of their «guarantee’ ! Safe to say we won’t be using Dalworth again.

I had Dalworth come in and clean two couches for me one of which came from a household with 3 cats. After the man finished, it looked and smelled brand new! Not a single hair on it. I wish I would have known they offered this service years ago. The lady I made the reservation with was really nice, she walked me through the whole quote. I asked if there was any way to lower it and she let me know that if my unit is on the 2nd floor, there’s a $ 20 charge for having a portable unit in which they get the water from the bathtub. All in all, it was a great experience. It took the guy about 3 hours total to load in, vacuum the two large couches, clean them, and load his stuff back out. I even had to leave early to pick up a friend at the airport so I left him there alone which is ok because they are bonded and insured.
