Carpet Authority

Last year I had a different carpet company in my house; one person spent one hour cleaning my carpet and I wasn’t impressed.
This year I tried Carpet Authority. I am very glad I did. Two pleasant gentleman showed up and spent two full hours of hard sweaty work cleaning the carpet in my small home.
Although they could not get every stain out, they were able to remove stains that I have not been able to get out and the company last year was not able to remove.
They do not use a soapy product, which is something that I endorse. Their pre-​treatment of the carpet was thorough and resulted in a very clean carpet.
They arrived at exactly the moment they said they would be here, 10 AM in the morning. Very prompt.
I only give a five star rating on Unilocal if I can make no comment as to how a business or restaurant should improve. At this point, I cannot offer any advice on how they should improve. Impeccable service, friendly, hard-​working, good results, and a fair price. Worth every dollar spent..
