History

Established in 1991.

C&L Automotive was established in 1991 by long time Eugene Oregon resident and car enthusiast Steve Clem for the purpose of providing excellent customer service, high quality automotive service and repair as well as provide a fun, professional work environment for his team members.

C&L Automotive is known in the community for it’s charity, local school and business event support, educating their customers and community about automobiles as well as providing high quality service to it’s customers.

Steve Clem has spent, just as his family has, his entire working career in the Automotive field, he brings over 29 years of experience ranging from working on vehicles, shop management and ownership.

Steve has been trained in all areas of the business and continues to seek training and coaching on a regular basis, Steve fully understands he is working on the cars of today and that requires continued education, yet he still loves working on old school cars as well, like his 69 Chevelle.

Steve is married with four children and loves to spend time hanging out with family and friends, be it at home, out on the lake, or his yearly rafting trip, he loves his down time.
