My mother took her greatly loved new car to Straight Line. She scratched her fender and was feeling pretty blue. I said, «I gotta guy for you» and sent her to Tony Hilsendager (Straight Line). Mom took her car in, Erica gave her the estimate, set a time line that was more than efficient and voila, within a short period of time, my mom’s car looked brand new again.
I think what really caught my attention was the fact that they wanted to ensure the finish was as if she just drove it off the lot — in other words, they wanted to repaint the fender in such a way the top coat wouldn’t peel because it had an edge… it’s all about the details. When it comes to quality — these guys have it down. We never want to see them again. but if we need to — they’re the only game in town as far as we’re concerned.

I would recommend this place to anyone needing body work. We took my wife’s car in on a Wed around noon, and by 3:00 on Thursday I got a call that my car was ready to pick up. It wasn’t for lack of business either, they were very busy both when we dropped off and when we picked up.
The bumper that was replaced looks perfect, and they detailed the car too! All around it was the best experience I have had with an automobile service company.
