I ordered pizza over and hour ago and now I’m just trying to get a hold of them to see what is going on and no one answered the phone…

This place is just ok. Service is good, delivery is pretty quick, but the food is not great. The wings are not very good at all. It’s ok in a pinch though.

This was our first time ordering from Sopranos and it was a delivery. The food was hot. Got here in 30 min which was a lot less time than what they estimated.(45 – 69 min) Large portions and extremely affordable. The delivery guy was very nice and professional as well. I am definitely a return customer.

Not sure why they got the bad rap for delivery or food. Our order came right around the 30 min mark. Delivery was quick and they were very sweet. Food is good too. It’s definitely a welcome change from anything else around here that delivers. Yay for Italian delivery!

I found Soprano’s pizza searching for a non-chain place that will deliver to me sort of in-the-boondocks location. I don’t mind Round Table, but Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Caeser’s… I’d rather have a Tombstone or Digiorno. But I digress. Soprano’s is a pretty decent pie. Not award winning, but good. It’s always delivered hot and on time. We’ve had some other items, too, and have the same experience. And once I started ordering from their web site, I keep getting $ 2 off coupons from the site that handles their online orders. I’m really happy with them, their drivers are all great, the food is good… so I’ll keep on ordering!

Worst 8 bucks iv ever spent and i have purchased shell fish from a gas station. The pizza was as stiff as a board, I mean I guess that’s allright if you enjoy breaking your teeth. Furthermore the service if you can even call it that was never a anywhere to be found. Save your money#lolatthetipjar

I never been to the actual location but yesterday I was STUCK at work like most of us. I found a coupon online for a good deal. Gave them a call and walllla presto in 45minutes just like the guy over the phone said they were pulling up to the retirement home I work at. The WINGS is what brought me to the review feeling like I HAD to share this. The best Wings in the world not very often do you get wings like these a very slight crunch like they were fried an then dipped in sauce… Not thrown n the oven. Like most places. They weren’t all that spicy which is another plus for me A++ and the pizza was pretty good too… Lol hands down better then little Caesar ask me how I know??? Well little Caesars pizza can not be reheated an I’m having my second day serving of Sopranos. You won’t be disappointed.

Ordered yesterday and was very disappointed with the sandwiches. The pizza was average. Ordering was a task I felt as if I was bugging the person on the other end. I was going to use grub hub to order and decided to save by calling them directly, however when I called them directly I noticed the prices were different(more) when I questioned it the man on the phone replied«fine I take a dollar off» Won’t be eating here again.

Amazing food and even better customer service. It’s a nice little family owned restaurant that’ll pleasantly surprise you in more than one way. This place is a must to try if you haven’t been already. I will definitely be back here soon.

We have gone here for years. It’s always great… my favorite is Mike’s pizza. We usually get either spaghetti with meat sauce, lasagna, salad and calzone. They make good salads. Nice people. It’s not fancy, we order to take out.

Great customer service. The owner makes you feel like you are a guest in his home. Always with a smile and so helpful and courteous. Food was delicious! Fresh. Cooked to order. We ordered lasagna and ravioli and it was so good. The lasagna came with a salad that was also fresh. Really good food and not for the price you would be charged in other places. Really reasonably priced. I always want to eat there when we are heading home from the Safari Park

Service is odd, but the owners are kind and the food is consistently higher quality than other places. I really like the Greek pizza. Yum!

I live down the road from this place it took an hour to get here. I ordered a cheese calzone, gyro sandwich and jalapeño poppers. All items were ice cold and not good at all when I received my order and i found it odd when the delivery driver asked me if I would like him to bring it to my door or if I’d like to come get it myself? Very disappointed. Very unhappy.

Really poor. I was excited to try a new place. Deliver was not a good choice as the pizza was ice cold, not to mention the sausage looked and tasted like cat food. Many other good pizza places in the area to go instead.

Not the best or worst pizza I’ve had. I have drove by this many times and wondered about the food. Yesterday I decided to try it out, and personally I think it just OK pizza. In Escondido as well as all around San Diego there are a lot of pizza options I prefer. This style of pizza here wasn’t NY style thin crust or Chicago style thick. It’s in between, and just not all that amazing. So if your a pizza critic stay away. If you pretty much like most pizza you try, go right ahead :)

Ugh. Bad bad bad. I have now officially had the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I couldn’t even eat a whole slice. My husband took a bite and had enough. We threw out the rest of the pie. The cheese was very processed/plastic like. The sauce had no flavor. The dough was chewy. The way I described this pizza at the time was, «I could go to Denny’s and get better pizza than this.» On top of the horrible processed flavor and texture, it was cold as well. I don’t care if I am the hungriest person alive, I’d rather go to 7 – 11 and have a bag of chips then order from this place again.

I don’t really like to leave bad reviews but this place was deserving of it. I just moved to escondido a month ago and this was the second pizza place down here I’ve tried. The pizza was some of the worst I’ve had. It was very bland and didn’t have much flavor. The sausage was like the tiny pieces that came on the pizzas in the grade school cafeteria. Not tasty. I also ordered an order of BBQ wings that were terrible! They were so overdone and were really tough to the point I could only eat a few of them. The only other pizza place I’ve been in escondido was killer pizza from Mars and it was sooo much better than this place!

The best«from scratch» garlic bread. The three stars are for the food and the passion of the owner. However, there are big issues when dining in. Don’t get me wrong, Escondido is full of vastly underrated pizza places that are messy, dirty, and dated on the inside. This one was pretty bad. When I came for an early Saturday dinner, Sopranos didn’t make a great first impression. The tables are set up poorly, and they were all FILTHY. Crumbs everywhere, on the tables, the chairs, and on the floor. Ugh, places that are unkempt like this make me think of the critters that are probably crawling around in the shadows. It also leads me to believe the kitchen is also a mess. Trust me, I’ve watched enough Kitchen Nightmares to know the grossness that goes on at restaurants that are not clean. The Hostess — As others have mentioned, she had the personality of an undertaker. Fortunately the owner came out and explained how he made the dough and garlic bread. He really enjoyed talking about his food. Had the place been clean, and the front of the house did their job with a smile, I would have given a high rating and would have ordered again.
— Do take out. — Must get the Garlic Bread Parmigiana. — Great coupons. — The 20′ pizza is huge, the 28′ would be great for birthday parties. — Koi Pond outside.
