Little Caesars

Had a terrible order (usually always been pretty decent). Emailed the owner who offered me a hot & ready. I emailed him back the following:
Ray,
By the way our whole order was really bad not just the hot ready. We ordered a Hawaiian deep-​dish and cheese pretzels. Every thing was cold, the hot and ready had very little cheese on it, the deep dish was soggy and cold. As I said on the complaint form, this is not our first time at Little Caesers. We spent $ 20.00 passing by several other pizza places to get what we have come to expect from Little Ceasers and did not. I guess I’m venting on your compromise of offering us a hot and ready when it’s not really worth our time to come get it. Have you taken measures to make sure this doesn’t happen again? What happens if I waste my time driving across town to get the same thing? I know we all have bad experiences now and again. The whole reason filling out complaint was just that, notifying management that there was a problem. I won’t even get into the problem I had ordering the items. Last but not least, what is the cheese sauce made from, it is disgusting? I will forward my receipt to you another email. Feel free to reimburse us for the entire order should you choose, I don’t think we will be coming back.
Then I got this back from him:
Hello, I talked to you on the phone and offered you A complimentary pizza next time you come in. I gave the store manager your name and your phone number so when you decide to come in we will give you a free Pizza.
Nothing about fixing the problem etc. We won’t be coming back for the free pizza or otherwise…

This place is always full so make sure you order then pick up. Hot n ready are always available. Friendly staff.

I have been a regular at this location for many years. For starters, I can say that their pizza is consistent order after order. Nobody likes surprises. Probably one in TWENTY pizzas turns out not so great. So, I would say that’s a pretty good batting average. I’ve consumed a lot of pizza in my time, and I have to say without reservation that the quality (especially for the price) of their pizza is very good. But the best part of the experience is cutomer service. They are always polite and friendly! Not once have I felt that I wasn’t their only customer.

This place whoops donkey!!! They are always polite and the pizza is really «hot and ready» when I go to the other little Caesars in esco, I get a tummy ache. But this place is awesome!

This little Cesar’s has the best Italian cheesesticks I’ve ever had. Also, their deep deep dish pizzas are good. Plus, they have a lunch special now. $ 5 for 4 pieces of deep deep dish and a drink.

Little Ceaser’s are all the same in Escondido. Hot & Ready and run by my fellow brown brothers.
