This place has smug service and charged me 25% restock on a standard return. I returned a new unused item, not a special order, and got charged to return it when I was buying the same product just a larger amperage. They are not a hurry to serve you and despite having lots of employees running around the warehouse there is only one person at the counter, and that guy (Russ Johnson) acts like every persons request is gonna take some sort of miracle to accomplish. Loose this places number and go somewhere with better customer service.

Ced escondido seems to be hit or miss for me. This is just one of many of the supply houses I go too and Id have to say it’s my least favorite. Though their inventory is pretty complete, I must say that the customer service here seems to be poor. Must of the counter guys are pretty helpful and pretty cool, however the wait for material here is a bit frustrating. It seems almost constantly that customers end up waiting 20 minutes just to even get helped. The guys are great, just think that the customer service needs to be a bit better.
