Before making the transition into real estate, David was a licensed Mortgage loan originator and wholesale mortgage account executive for over 10 years. His lending background, gives him a better than average understanding of the entire transaction process. The team is composed of 6 licensed agents and a full time transaction coordinator. I spent the first 10 years of my career as mortgage professional, helping buyers navigate the financing hurdles on their way to home ownership. I now practice real estate in the North Denver Suburbs of Thornton, Northglenn, Erie, Westminster, Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, and Boulder as a member of Broker’s Guild Classic.

I love working with first-​tIme home buyers, and I am very familiar with all of the popular down payment assistance and grant programs in the area. I am aligned with several excellent CHFA approved lenders, so I can show most people how to qualify for an FHA loan with only $ 1000 out of pocket, instead of the normal 3.5% down payment!

Because of my lending background, I am also extremely comfortable discussing loan options, credit repair, and what it takes in general for new home buyers to get qualified. If you are confused by multiple loan offers you may have received, I can give you non-​biased guidance to help you choose wisely between your options

I made the mistake of signing up on their website (
) because i heard a radio ad, right after I got a call from someone trying to get me a loan, not cool! I confirmed with David that they gave my info out.
This is a valid review yet he keeps fighting to get this taken down… how about not having anyone contact me about a home loan just because i signed up on your site to browse homes. I’ve look through all the verbiage and have it documented. Try to take this down again and I’ll put in a BBB/​DORA complaint.

I contacted David after a friend of my sisters referred him. He specializes in North Denver and recently sold her town home which is what I was looking for, I was selling my house in Thornton and downsizing to a town home. I was very nervous about the whole process and he put my mind at ease with the first meeting. He is very knowledgeable and even gave me information on lending options.
When I came to looking for my new place Amanda took over and went on several showings with me. It was more like house hunting with a friend! Both her and David helped me write the perfect offer that was accepted right away!
David talked me through all the offers on my old house and discussed the pros/​cons of each one, helping me choose the right one. Did I mention it was 15K above asking?! He wrote a great listing that brought a ton of offers!
I’ve already referred my friend to use David and Amanda to buy her new home and I will use them in the future myself.

David gives great advice and really worked hard to make sure we ended up in the right house. He’s always quick to return phone calls and rearrange his schedule to fit in a showing (or 10). He has a lot of knowledge and was able to point out potential pitfalls or benefits we might not have otherwise considered. He fought hard to get us a good deal both buying and selling our house, and I’d recommend him for both.

We are in our first choice home, in our first choice neighborhood thanks to David and Amanda! My husband and I relocated from California to Colorado and we had a 2 month time frame to make our move, start to finish. With such an aggressive deadline we needed a no nonsense agent that could match our pace and meet tight deadlines. Not only was David that agent, he has an entire team of professionals that he works with that were able to get us in to our house, from initial offer to closing, in a month and a half! That is crazy fast.
Moving to another state is hard, and not being able to attend inspections and be in person during the escrow process is not ideal. However, with David and Amanda in our corner we felt completely comfortable. Their advice was appropriate and they made sure to keep us informed and up to date on all the information related to the transaction. We seriously could not have made this move without David and Amanda!
