History

Established in 2010.

We became realtors at Coldwell Banker in Boulder in 2010 and quickly became among the top agents in our office. Part of the reason for this is that we have a long history in Homes and Real Estate. We ran a successfull home decorating business for over 20 years. We also did «Fix and Flip» investment properties over the course of several years and we’ve been rental property owners and managers for over 25 years.

We’ve always been very hands on in all of our endeavors and we’ve worked on countless houses and have developed a specialty in getting homes ready for sale. We’re really expert on «Detailing» homes… doing all the little things that make them look their best. That includes: touch-​up painting; changing out dated fixtures (lights, bath fixtures, etc), caulking, decluttering and so on.

So, when we take on a new listing, we offer assistance and advice and contracting help to get the home ready for sale. It doesn’t cost a lot and it has a big impact!

I’m going to talk about my wife Beth, who is also my business partner, since it’s easier to brag about someone else. Beth is the kind of person you want to have working for you. She is the most dedicated and hard working person I’ve probably ever met. Everything she does, she does with the greatest attention to detail.

She will spend hours tweaking photos that a professional photographer has taken to make sure they look as good as possible on an MLS listing. In a similar way she will create and edit a flyer multiple times until it’s just right!

She’s also expert at knowing what to do to make a home look great. She loves design and color and coming up with ideas. Then there’s the thrill of getting to shop for just the right light fixture or accent rug, at just the right cost! She’s a genius with that kind of thing.

When it comes to contracts, she’s the queen of the details and deadlines, which is a big and unflashy part of real estate. And she is an awesome negotiator too.
