Sweet Necessities

My family loves stopping here! It is such a cute little shop, and decent priced. The staff is always friendly when we go in!

I love this little short they have so many options it would be hard to go there and not find something you like. They have very happy helpful staff that know exactly what is in all of their products something that doesn’t always happen with other stores/​shops.

Ice cream ‘real good, nice variety. Fudge good too. Wish tho more milk chocolate. Can’t wait til next time for more!

If you a sweet treat, stop here. If you want some locally produced preserves, this is a better priced option for unique jams/​mustards and the likes. Their shelves are full of options. Though this store uses locally roasted Zoka beans, their coffee drinks are dependent upon the sweet factor. Their set up to make espresso drinks is a little challenging due to space and often involves two people to orchestrate one drink. I tried a dark mocha and had to ask for it to be redone – which the staff happily did. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their chocolates. Less about their coffees. I do like that they provide an additional shot of espresso without additional cost – but if it is not well poured, it doesn’t help. So, unless you you are going for the sweets and the fully stocked shelves OR just want something for those in your group who are NOT coffee drinks, I would wander around the corner to try The Local or the little combination vintage/​espresso shop (neither of which I have direct knowledge). That’s where I would go for another try at great coffee in Enumclaw rather than a repeat of Sweet Necessities.
Finally, SN offers a few chairs in crowded store and outside. And paper cups only. I missed a mug for my coffee – though it would not have improved the coffee experience.

I stopped here last year on my way home from Mt. Rainier. The little shop was cute and vintage. I tried and fell in love with their Yakima peach ice cream. This year I came back to try their toasted coconut ice cream. It was so tasty and creamy. I wish this place was close toy home.

Really delicious chocolate. The chocolate truffles were to die for. My daughter loved the peanut butter cups, you could tell they are fresh and hand made. The customer service was ok, not what I expected but I imagine it was because they were busy making candy? Regardless I will be back! Prices are very reasonable as well.
So I’m going to update this after my experience today. Whoever helped me was fantastic. The older woman working definitely needs to be friendlier. Wouldn’t hurt to smile or at least say hello would it?

Little shop is open late offering a huge selection of deliciousness to choose from. Chocolates, Candies, Loose leaf teas, gifts and ICE CREAM! It’s Snoqualmie creamery Ice cream and it is good. It’s a nice little walk from my pad over there, so I like to pretend I am burning enough calories to justify the sweets. I took my wife there yesterday and we enjoyed our Ice Cream in the air conditioning rather than attempt to race the melting cone of destiny.
If you live here or even if you are passing through, check this place out. It is a very nice treat.

They have some of the best fudge around. my co-​worker would bring fudge from here to work with her and share with all of us. It was so amazing, that I finally had to go get some and it was just amazing.
The staff here is super friendly and helpful. If it’s your first time, ask them for a recommendation.
The fudge is melt in your mouth goodness. There are a lot of other goodies as well. But I come here for the fudge. The chocolate is amazing, and their ice cream on a hot day taste absolutely divine. If you’re looking for loose tea, they have a decent selection.

This was a awesome candy shop and coffee/​tea café. If you are going for candy, their selection of caramel and chocolate is impressive. I love their habanero caramels. If you are going for loose leaf tea, their selection is vast and they are happy to offer suggestions to find a tea that meets your tastes. And if you enjoy a quality espresso or latte, then you definitely have to get one here. It didn’t look like they made the foo foo type blended drinks, which is fine with me because their latte was one of the best I have had recently. Their beans have a great flavor and the milk they used had a great creamy flavor that complemented the espresso perfectly. I was really impressed at this tiny shop in this small town.

This shop is a sweet tooth’s dream. Chocolates, carmels and ice cream oh my! You are encouraged to taste the various flavors too.
I had the lemon custard and my hubby had the Skagit Strawberry. The tartness of the lemon custard was refreshing and had just the right amount of sugar.
We would have offered 5 stars however the Skagit Strawberry flavor lost luster after the 4^th bite. It could have used more strawberries for a consistent strawberry flavor.
The customer service was friendly and hospitable.

Friendliest workers I’ve ever met, just going in there makes my day. The coffee is to die for and the caramels are the best! I love that you can sample everything. It’s a cute little family friendly shop and I love to take people there. The ice cream is good as well. There are so many unusual but great tasting treats and the variety is endless!

Great place, amazing salted caramels and wonderful staff. The loose leaf tea selection is awesome and the only place in town you’ll find that. I recommend Seattle Sunset!:)

Their fudge and salted caramels are amazing, and the owners are so dedicated to the needs of their customers and the success of our community! Wonderful biz!

My son calls it Toby’s place and loves the Strawberry Ice Cream. The Jack Daniels is my favorite along with the salted caramels and anything that’s chocolate.

I’ve driven by this place for years without stopping, and it has taken the permanent closure of Baskin and Robbins to look up other places in town that serve ice cream. I came here with my mini man me hunting for something delicious.
WOWIE! This place is so cute, and just PACKED with goodies! From unique ice creams like honey lavender, pumpkin, Jack Daniels, and licorice (plus several others) to hand made caramels, chocolates, and other confections, loose leaf teas, dessert wines, to fresh espresso — and they feature some other local candy makers items as well.
I’m so glad we discovered this place! We will be back.

The ice cream here is soooooo good!
AND, the salted Carmel made here is super yummy and they have a cool variety of flavors.
AND, they have a HUGE selection of teas!
Not to mention other local foods!

A tiny, cute little shoppe in downtown Enumclaw, featuring bulk loose-​leaf teas, Snoqualmie ice cream, handmade fancy caramels, and a variety of food-​gift items such as soup mixes, jams, honey, etc. They have $ 1 sample bags of tea if you just want to try out a new flavor.
The caramel chocolate flake ice cream is super-​sweet, loaded with caramel, and amazing! $ 3.50 gets you a generous scoop in a cup, and it’s plenty, since the ice cream is so rich.
The employees were friendly and chatty, generous with ice cream and caramel samples, and happy to talk or answer questions.
