I’ve read a lot of reviews on Car Insurance Companies and I Like What I See when it comes to State Farm so I gave them a call and Spoke to Olga Ruiz, What a Wonderful person she is, explained every option in detail and wasn’t pushy like most people now a days who want your business and will tell you whatever they think you wanna hear just to get a new customer. Thank You Olga For All Your Hard Work, Patience and your Help in finding me the Best Policy that fit my needs. I also added Renters Insurance and I am still paying less than what I was paying Progressive just for Car Insurance… If you are looking for a Solid Company that Actually Cares About their Customers and Has extremely competitive Rates Call State Farm and I hope U get to Speak with Olga Cause she’s Awesome!!!

Our apologies for not getting back to you quickly on your request for a quote. We were unable to respond as quickly as we normally do as your request came on the heels of a massive series of snow storms. Our office was busy providing assistance to current customers who suffered property damage from the storms

STAY AWAY!!! I called this office at 12PM on Monday February 10, 2014 to ask for a car insurance quote. I gave all my information and was told that Lorie DeSimone Ramil would call me back shortly. After not receiving a call by 4:30PM I called the office to find that she left for the day AND nobody else could give me my quote.
Olga (some lady in the office) told me that she would make sure that Lori would call me first thing tomorrow (Tuesday) when she arrived. I get a call from Olga at 9:30AM telling me that Lori is not in yet but will make sure she calls me. 12PM comes around and no phone call. I call the office and Lori is busy and was told she would call me back. 1:30PM and still no call. at 3:03PM Lori send me an email with my quote. DISGUSTING!!! I advise you all to stay for away from Lori Desimone Ramil and her entire office!
