During the 2 years with them so far, James and team makes is extremely easy for us to attain what is necessary and does it very quickly /​efficiently. DO NOT use this firm! they got my name through an online quote for homeowners insurance. When the broker called me MANY days later (and a dollar short), as soon as I was beginning to explain to him that I am all set through another broker, he rudely hung up on me. Not a way to do business and shows their colors. Be warned!

James was very helpful even when I was in a rush to get an insurance quote and purchase the contract. His prompt responses helped me go through all the complicated documentation work. I consider moving all of my non-​life insurances with Birtwhistle & Livingston as I have really great experience with them. Highly recommend to work with them!

Birtwhistle and Livingstone, specifically James Dunn, helped me to get the property and business insurance that I needed. They took the time to truly understand my situation and work with me to get the insurance I needed within my budget.
