History

Established in 1999.

Web Effects Design is an award winning, full service web and smart phone development company located in the beautiful city of Encinitas, CA. Founded by Jeff Sihilling in 1999, Web Effects Design has been building websites for over 15 years. During the 90’s, Jeff and his wife temporarily relocated to Arizona where Jeff attended the acclaimed UAT — University of Advanced Technology. Jeff studied multi-​media design and development and shortly after graduating started Web Effects Design.

Business Owner

Jeff is a Southern California Native and a San Diego State alumni where he studied business and economics. During the late 90’s Jeff went back to school and studied multi-​media design and development. Shortly after graduating he started Web Effects Design. Since then Jeff has been involved with two other successful online companies and is currently working on another start-​up company. He enjoys giving back, being on the water and living life to the fullest.
