I am an Industrial Hygienist focused on providing indoor air quality services to Homeowners, Business Owners, Property Management Companies and HOA’s. I specialize in the assessment and detection of Mold, Asbestos, Lead Paint, Allergens and Bacteria.

In my spare time I like to spend time with my wife and daughter. I also enjoy reading, yoga, golf and photography.

These guys are great! I had some mold in my house, so I had them out to test my walls for asbestos and lead, and then once another company remediated the mold, VM3 came in and tested the air for mold. Tim and Ryan were very professional and great throughout the whole process. They were always able to accommodate my scheduling needs, and even gave me great recommendations for mold remediation companies which turned out to be better than the ones I had contacted. I highly recommend them to anybody!

HUUUUGE Shout Out to Paul De Soto @ VM3 Environmental! A client of mine had concerns about an asbestos material in the furnace closet of a home he was buying. Paul was incredibly patient and informative, not only when he came to test the materials, but in all the follow-​up e-​mails as well. This particular client was VERY detail oriented and asked very specific questions to which Paul responded consistently and effectively. I was highly impressed by his knowledge of his industry, but more importantly the way he was able to communicate with the client was priceless. A true gem to your company. My husband and I had concerns about the environmental safety of our biz building. VM3 swooped in like like a superhero! They responded fast and performed a very thorough investigation, addressing all of our concerns, explaining everything and answering all our questions.
The final report was well documented, and the sample testing had an impressively quick turnaround (we were even called on a Sat with the results!).
We were thrilled to learn mold wasn’t found, and we are so appreciative that VM3 provided an exceptional experience that gave us the professional trustworthy reassurance we needed. Highly recommend!

Great company! We needed an asbestos test on short notice, so I called on a Saturday and left a message. Paul at VM3 called me back Sunday morning and actually did the test that day! We did everything over the phone or via email. Very efficient and highly recommended! We will definitely do business with them again.

We are in the middle of escrow and had some concerns about mold. We had to reschedule a couple of times due to problems getting into the property and Paul was amazingly flexible, patient, and understanding. Once he was able to inspect the house, he was very clear about what was found. Results were received exactly when they were promised. I have to say that out of everything we’ve gone through during this escrow, this appointment was the most painless part of the process. Thank you for your professionalism! I contacted VM3 to inspect my home after I observed a strong musty/​moldy odor in a closet. VM3 came out the same day, was on time, and found the source of the odor (wet carpet and padding due to a leak from an adjacent bathroom). I would have gone crazy trying to find out what was causing the odor and am happy that I contacted VM3! The inspector was very polite, honest, and helped me to understand mold, how it grows, etc. I would definitely recommend VM3 Environmental, in fact I already have and my brother is using them to inspect a home that he is purchasing!

Our house is currently in escrow and with us being first time home buyers, we were concerned about certain areas that might have mold problems as well as the stylish popcorn ceilings containing asbestos.
I was referred to VM3 from two of my coworkers who had worked with Andy Konopacki and said he was the best. I reached out to VM3 and discovered Andy was on vacation. Everything seems to be urgent when in escrow and Andy coordinated with us to come from the airport to our potential house to get the testing done. He was thorough, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and explained his testing in detail. He did not pressure us to perform additional and costly testing while still providing the security and peace of mind that we were looking for.
He had the popcorn ceiling samples tested immediately and we had a full report to communicate with the sellers of the house in less than 24 hours.
I would recommend VM3 to anyone looking for an honest company to complete the inspection timely and honestly and provide prompt results.

A good experience from start to finish. After encountering some suspect areas in a potential home purchase — decided to have VM3 Environmental come out to take a look to see if the property had any mold issues. Andy came out and completed a thorough inspection and outlined ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’. We decided to have testing done on a few areas and a detailed report was provided. Andy came out to the property on a Friday and the following Monday we had the information we needed to make a decision on the property. Glad to have found this company.
