Swim Synergy, specializes in one-​on-​one private swim lessons that are custom tailored for every student. Using a gentle approach with love, care and encouragement; our method of teaching honors the student’s skill level, learning style, emotional needs, and physical abilities. Our individualized swim instruction creates an optimal learning environment for easily distracted students and facilitates faster progression through the lessons.

With a focus on aquatic survival, infants learn how to hold their breath, float unassisted, and roll them self onto their back into their float. Toddlers 18 months — children 8 years of age learn how to swim to the pool edge & steps, float on their back for minutes, swim-​float-​swim across the pool to safety, jump into the pool & go to their float, swim on their backs, and dive for toys. Adults who are fearful of the water, or never learned how to swim as a child; learn how to mentally overcome their concerns in addition to mastering swimming skills.

Swim Synergy, offers the finest personalized swim lessons in San Diego and Orange County for infants, children and adults. It is a comprehensive swimming program that incorporates water safety, aquatic survival, and fun swimming instruction for all ages. Since we believe that no two students are alike, we offer one-​on-​one swim lessons that are custom tailored for every unique swimmer. By offering private swim lessons in a quiet environment, the timid students feel calm, safe, and ready to learn without distractions. We strive to make every swim lesson fun, and to help the swimmer feel safe with their trusted instructor. We believe that although the water can be daunting, the process of learning how to swim should be enjoyable! Therefore, we take the time to listen to every student and create a customized program that honors their special needs and learning styles. Being a near drowning victim at the tender age of three, thoughts of water’s imminent danger are never far from my mind. I know from my personal experience that it only takes seconds for a child to sink to the bottom of a pool, and go under water without making a splash, or even so much as a sound. Therefore, since receiving my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Child Development; I have dedicated my life to teaching infants, toddlers, children and fearful adults how to swim, float, and survive in the water. Drowning is a «preventable tragedy» that occurs without warning and although the risk that is present with water can never be eliminated, it can be reduced and managed.
