History

Established in 2002.

Kevin began his real estate career as a loan officer and then transitioned into Residential Real Estate bringing with him extensive mortgage knowledge. After becoming a broker, he owned and operated two independent real estate franchises.

We joined Coldwell Banker, to take advantage of the powerful leadership, brand marketing, and training opportunities that a top agency provides.

Diane joined the business in 2012 bringing extensive community connections and knowledge. Her background in interior design staging, event promotions, and non-​profit marketing are essential assets to our services!

Business Owner

We enjoy working with people and being a part of a great team. We’ve lived in Encinitas for over ten years and can’t imagine a better family-​friendly beach town!

Prior to real estate Diane designed model home interiors, and worked in sales and management for major retail chains. She began an organization for breast cancer prevention and awareness called «Boobs on the Move» that encourages people to get active and host fundraising events for breast cancer non-​profits. She’s also organizes events for Flora Vista Elementary and the Encinitas Educational Foundation.

Kevin started his real estate career as a loan officer and then moved into Residential Real Estate. After becoming a broker, he owned and operated two real estate franchises. He is an avid golfer, member of the FV Father’s Club and YMCA Adventure Guides.

Over the years we’ve worked with amazing people, become ingratiated in the local community, and feel very fortunatate to raise our family in N. Cty SD.
