Very clean & great customer service, they didn’t have my shoe size in stock but they ordered it and got 3 $ off! As well as buy one get one free. They always do what they can to please you

Lousy service here. I called to check if they had some shoes in stock that I wanted. I gave him the item #, color & size… all the details and the clerk said they had them. So I asked him if he could hold them for me and he said yes and took my name down. I was so glad because I had called other Payless stores and they didn’t have these shoes in stock. Several hours when I went there to get them, he said he didn’t have them and denied that he told me they had them in stock. Now I know what I heard him tell me on the phone and that I’m not losing my mind… I think he’d better double-​check his stock before he gives out the wrong info and not waste my time because I had driven kind of a long way just to get these shoes, and I normally don’t do this for cheap Payless shoes, so I was very disappointed. I spoke to the manager and she wasn’t much help either.

Jean and Laina were awesome. I recently had a bad experience with an employee and their positive and friendly attitudes more than made up for it. I will definitely keep going back. Thank you!

Great prices and the best service. The girl was so nice and helpful to us as well as the other customers. Loved picking up a pair of Airwalk (chuck taylors) for my son on sale for only $ 13! He goes thru shoes in two months so it’s nice to not spend $ 30 on every pair. Pretty good selection. They also carry Christian Siriano’s line of bags which look pretty nice at reasonable prices. Who knew?

This place has shoes in pretty much every size, but I feel like the sales are only on the ugly ones and there’s slim pickins for real stylin choices. I do have to say I can probably get the equivalent or better in style and quality across the parking lot at Ross for less, but Payless customer service is always great and they are always really clean.

This place used to have better shoes like 5 years ago. The employees always greet me nicely whenever I go in. I just can’t get over how disorganized it is sometimes! I’m sure it’s hard to keep it organized since people can be disrespectful and there’s only 1 person working whenever I go in.
