Yesterday we had a major leak under our driveway and water was running from every crack of our drive way. We called few places but because it was Saturday we kept getting voice messages. Thanks to Jose & his crew at Olivio Landscape and Sprinkler Repair! Jose came quickly and made an assessment of the situation. He gave us a very reasonable estimate. We thought we had to cut our brand new drive way to fix the leaking but he came with wonderful and smart suggestion. It took his team an hour to fix the issue. They were even kind enough to fill back in the trenches & holes I had already dug! We highly recommend this team.

Jose is the man! I found Olivio on Unilocal when I noticed what I thought was a small leak in a sprinkler line. He and his team were able to come out the same day and provided me with expert professional service. Jose explained the situation to me which was a bit complicated due to the old pipes beneath my yard. He came up with a quick solution that was a perfect fit based on the fact that I am intending to do a full drip irrigation system in the coming months. He also gave me a estimate for my new system and I will definitely be using him for all of my future irrigation needs!

They were able to re-​wire the system on the spot, and our sprinkler system is working perfectly for the first time in months. They were professional and very reasonably priced. I meant to post this review some time ago when Olivio came out to take care of an underground sprinkler leak.
I had discovered the leak as a muddy patch near my sprinkler manifold early in the morning, and being a bit of DIY guy, I had tried to locate and fix the problem, since it was on the pressure side and seemed to keep leaking. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the right tools to do the job properly, and ended up patching just well enoguh to slow the leak.
I called Jose, and he was out first thing the following morning. He took a look at the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. He and his crew had things fixed fast and on budget, and even located (and fixed!) another problem that I hadn’t seen further down the line in the process.
They’re now my go-​to crew for sprinkler work.

Olivio Landscape and Sprinkler Repair are exceptional in every way! They offer great customer service, workmanship, and reliability. It was a Saturday morning and our tenants reported that two sprinkler valves popped off and water was everywhere, even spilling into our neighbor’s yard. Out of three companies, Jose answered the company phone himself and made time to go out that same afternoon. It turned out the water pressure was high and that was the underlying cause for sprinklers popping off.
Jose is a great guy, and really loves what he does! His prices were very reasonable, especially for the amount of work he did to resolve our sprinkler issues. In addition to the quality work, he had a quick turnaround time for completing the job.

This service is absolutely top notch. Twice I have called to have them out to the property to fix something and on both occasions they went out of their way to get there the SAME DAY.
On one of the two occasions that I asked him to come to my house on an emergency basis, Jose identified a simple solution, had me up and running in minutes, and charged me a de minimus amount.
As for the service, Jose and his team are professional, hardworking and trustworthy… On top of that, the pricing is outstanding.
I’m not going with anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jose and his team are awesome. Jose was easy to get hold of, was prompt and professional, did a great job, was prompt. Jose is also super honest… In fact, the actual cost was much less than he had quoted me.
I am excited to decrease my water bills and get better water coverage on my landscaping thanks to him and his team.

Man, where to start? This guy is nothing but a ripoff artist. He told us his rate was $ 120/​hr. He justified it by saying he has a 3– or 4-​man crew and they work fast. The first time he came out he was supposed to hook up 2 valves. He hooked up one, getting 5 sprinklers online. The second he hooked up into a dead cap even though the instruction very clearly was to hook up to the drip on our slope. So we get him out again to get the slope hooked up. He tells me they hooked up the second valve to a capped line. Gee, thanks. Very helpful.
He initially says we needs a new (third) valve, so 2 valves will go to the slope, and the cost will be $ 1,400. No can do. Then he tells me you can put 400 – 700 drips on one valve so we don’t need the second valve, and estimates the cost at $ 590. Quote: «I was not trying to rip you off.» I hadn’t accused him of trying to rip me off. He knew damn well what he was trying to do. So they work for 1.5 hours… and he submits an invoice for $ 590. He came back for 10 minutes to do some wrap-​up work about 10 days later but didn’t finish running drips to all of the plants. So it took 2 trips, the work still isn’t finished, the guy tried to rip me off by adding an unnecessary valve, and then he tried to charge 3x his quoted rate.
Maybe he’s the guy if you have a sprinkler leak but I would not have him run lines or hook up valves unless you have a blank check and want to write it out to this guy. Stay away.

$ 90 to repair a sprinkler head??? I don’t think so.

I had an issue where my sprinkler system wouldn’t shut off at all. I had to kill the main water supply. Other companies told me it would be over a week to get out, but Olivio came out after hours that day. He didn’t charge extra for the service and had be back to normal in less than 20 minutes. Great guy, professional, and very knowledgeable.
If you want great service, use Olivio.

I was worried about a possible underground leak in my backyard sprinkler system. I had Jose come out to take a look at it. He was easy to get ahold of, on time, and extremely courteous, professional, and easy to talk to.
Turns out the problem wasn’t in my sprinkler system, but my neighbor’s. Jose diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me good advice, all with no charge and no pressure to sell me anything.
Even though I didn’t do «business» with him, I will definitely call him next time I need work done. And I recommend you do the same!

We were in need of sprinkler repair last week. After reading the positive reviews and that the business was open in the early evening, I contacted Jose Olivio to schedule an appointment (I figured he would come out the next day given that it was 630pm).
He actually came over the same evening to take a look. After he diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote (reasonably priced!), Jose was able to fix the issue and triple checked to make sure all was working as expected. He was friendly, professional, and did quality work on the valve replacement. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends that need sprinkler repair.
