My iFix

Brought my phone here yesterday for the first time. The girl helping me was super nice, my phone was fixed in about fifteen minutes, which is faster than anywhere I’ve ever been. Also prices are very comparable to anywhere else I’ve gone. I would highly recommend coming here to get your phone fixed.

It only took 20min to fix my screen and lcd. It’s good as new. I highly recommend them.

Dropped my iPhone while taking a bath,… thoroughly soaked. Put it into a bag of rice for three days, — still dead. Took it to their other location which opened a month ago, next to Sprouts in the shopping center on Regents and Governor. Priscilla diagnosed, replaced screen (which had bubbles) and battery (which was fried), and verified all was working in 30 minutes for under $ 125. Very pleased.

I had a very basic need. My mom inserted the sim in her iphone without the sim tray. I thought this was going to be a phone loss. Hugo removed it for free… I could not believe this act of kindness still existed.

I was impressed with the quality and how professional these guys are.
They replaced the screen of my iPhone 6 ($ 129), added $ 20 glass screen protector, plus tax, the service was about $ 160.
In 20 min my phone was looking brand new again.

After not getting any response from several mobile fixits, I took the short drive over to My iFix. They fixed it in 15 minutes!!! They were very conscientious… checked my phone with me before starting to make sure everything worked and then fixed the screen. Good as new! Thanks My iFix!

Drove from Oceanside to this location to get my iPhone 6 Plus shattered screen replaced and speaker fixed. Competitive pricing and fast service. Should have got my interior touchscreen sensitivity fixed too but o well maybe another day!

My iPhone 5s was in really bad shape but twenty minutes later voilà! The pretty girl who helped me was professional and friendly. Excellent service and reasonable pricing.

Great customer service, friendly and super fast work. Replaced the screen on my wife’s iPhone 5c in about 15 minutes for $ 99. May not be the cheapest in town but I expect to use them again even though I hope I don’t have to. =)

I wanted to try this place out in hopes to find a cheaper price given the Unilocal reviews about deals but when I got there they charged me automatically more than expected $ 99. Since I drove all the way out there I decided to take the difference which I wasn’t to pleased about. The women was nice so it made all the difference. I waited and came back when everything was done my phone was completely fixed looked brand new I was happy but with no screen protector! So I was hit with another $ 20 dollars! For something that cost $ 10 at the other shop I went to called phone Phix & he gave me sweet phone protector for free to! I didn’t get any of that service here very disappointing & when I got the phone back after her first (attempt) on professionally placing the screen, she gave it back to me with an AIR BUBBLE and tol me that it would go away in a couple days –_​– so she told me. That after paying 119 dollars she was going to send me home with an air bubble that interrupted the color on my screen??? She said it was a «hit and miss» when I know that wasn’t the case she probably didn’t want to put up with my questions because the guy at phone Phix had NO issues! So I told her to do it again and when she did it came out perfect ! Just an example of lazy work when she really doesn’t have much work to begin with. So I finally left and tried to unlocked the phone with my thumb print & that was deactivated? I don’t know why but I wasn’t going to leave until everything was fixed so after 10 min of trying to figure it out I had to go BACK. She fixed it again but ultimately guys my phone malfunctioned after it was supposably fixed the key board wasn’t working properly the microphone is raspy now. Just awful. I would not go back sorry really not sorry.

My brand new iPhone 6s flew into the toilet. Of course I did not buy insurance and was going to be on the hook for $ 600 if I couldn’t get it fixed. After speaking on the phone about the water damage I was told it could possibly be the screen burned out. I dropped it off and about an hour later I got a call it was fixed and working. It is perfectly back to the day I bought it. I wanted to cry with joy, I got my phone back and I didn’t think it was possible. Thank you My iFix I am so happy!

It’s always unfortunate when you shatter your phone screen or drop it in a toilet.
These guys at My iFix are so amazing. They a quick, friendly and professional. They fixed my cracked screen within 10 minutes and it looked brand new! They also sell screen protectors (tempered glass) and other accessories for cheaper than apple or any other tech store (I know Apple sells them for $ 35+, they sell them for $ 20) … And they actually put the protectors on your device for no charge at all.
It’s always an overall great, quick customer experience and I will definitely be back next time I decide to accidentally chuck my phone across the room. thank you My iFix!!!

Unfortunately I have had to use them too often due to iPhone 6 screen cracking (my fault). They are fast, professional and their costs are better than Apple.
They make some good recommendation but don’t over pressure you to buy accessories, cases or protective screens.
I would love a frequent shopper discount, but their service and price will keep me coming back.

Awesome and insanely quick service! Our iPad was repaired in a little over 2 hours and that was with customers ahead of us. Prices were really good. Definitely going back to them if we have another cracked screen on our electronics.

Came in today with a shattered iPhone 5, they fixed it up in 15min and it’s as good as new! Wasn’t too expensive, to fix my screen it was $ 99, plus tax. Better than having to buy a whole new phone!

Just got home from getting my cracked iPhone 6 screen fixed and I am so impressed! Priscilla was so nice, knowledgable and helpful. She even found and fixed an issue with my phone I didn’t even know I had. Highly recommend My iFix and I will use them from now on.

Wonderful and fast service. I stop by and they said my phone to be ready in 30 minutes. By writing a Unilocal review they then threw in a free screen cover. They do excellent service but I hope I never have to see them again since that means I will have dropped my phone once more.

Stopped in 15min before closing and did quick work fixing my phone.

I was greeted by Yanira when I arrived. She was helping someone else, but the fact that she acknowledged me is GREAT customer service! Apparently the lady before me is a regular. I could hear Yanira asking how things were going in her life (made it personal which is always nice when your not in the best of moods b/​c your phone cracked). When it was time for my phone I simply asked her what she recommended as far as screen protectors. They have one right there… but then I remembered mine was under warranty. She was still very polite even though I questioned her and she didn’t get the sale! I’m in sales so I know how tough it is when you explain something to someone and they just say «oh ok. no thanks»…she continued to work on my phone and when it was done it looked BRAND NEW!

Just love this place. Apple Store was a waste of time. The people here were fast, knowledgable, professional and affordable. They fixed my iPhone 5s. And, they were open on the weekend. I don’t understand businesses in this space who are closed on the weekend. These guys are pros.

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about Doctor Apple and Hugo! I have been delaying getting my iPhone 5c and my daughters iphone 5 shattered screens both fixed. I was at Walmart in the same center when I saw the kiosk next to Pei Wei. Hugo was so sweet and gave me a great deal to fix two screens for $ 80 each! He even threw in screen protectors for both of us! I was blown away! I will recommend doctor apple to everyone I know! This place is wonderful! Thanks Hugo! I’ll be back for a few more screen protectors and chargers soon! Keep up the great customer service! It makes all the difference!

I came here to fix my charger port in my iphone since I got saltwater in it and was having trouble charging my phone. I’ve been here before for a similar port problem and it needed to be replaced. This time my phone was fixed without a change of the port and it was free! I’m happy they’re honest because he could have easily just charged me for a new part. I recommend this place if you need a fixing!

This place is the best place to get your phone fixed for cracked screens, water damage, or whatever. Competitively priced too. My 2 year old dropped my iPhone 6 in the toilet. After drying it, taking it to Apple, it was a lost cause. Brought it here, they opened it up and told me my motherboard was fried from trying to charge it. Lesson learned, don’t try and charge a phone after it gets soaked. Let them open it up and dry it first. And do not take it to Apple either. So iPhone 6 is gone, I’m left with my iPhone 4s which had a cracked screen. My husband tried fixing it himself but ended up cracking the replacement screen. My phone was in pieces when I brought it to these guys. They fixed my phone for $ 80. Normally it’s $ 60 for a cracked screen but because it was in pieces, they charged $ 20 extra to make sure they could find all the pieces. So anytime you need a fix, come here for your phone. And it’s right next to Starbucks so you can get a coffee while you wait. My phone is perfectly new!

They did what they promised and for $ 40 less than Apple Store. You can wait for a screen replacement and they will be done in 20 – 30 minutes depending on how crowded they are. The place is an outdoor kiosk across from the Shell station in the strip center near Starbucks and AT&T. Workers are friendly.

LISTEN UP EVERYONE!!!
Don’t go spending money on a new phone, IPad, etc, because Apple or your carrier won’t fix it, you don’t have insurance, it’s considered «water damage», WHAT EVER the reason my be!!!
GO TO MY IFIX, and you will walk out a happy customer, I promise.

Saved my phone!
I have an iPhone 6+. I fell on it. Bent it and cracked the screen. Didn’t think anyone would try and make it straight so a new screen could be installed on it but these guys did. I have used this place before.
More expensive than going to an Apple store but they get the job done while you wait. Apple wouldn’t fix a previous broken screen I had because they said there was water inside my phone. If you can’t Apple to step up — these guys will.

My wife shattered her iPhone 5S and I found this place through Unilocal.It was close-​by in Encinitas off El Camino Real and Leucadia, in the Walmart shopping area next to Pei Wei.
If you check-​in on the Unilocal app, there’s a $ 10 off coupon which brings the repair cost of $ 89 down to $ 79 ($ 85 after taxes) for an iPhone 5, 5C and 5S.
Excellent job. The phone looks brand new and it’s still a savings over the $ 200 that Sprint wanted to replace the phone (which had TEP insurance).

I have an old iPhone 3Gs that I use as an iPod. I have had it for years now so I guess it was about time that I finally experience the cracked iPhone screen that everyone seems to fall victim to.
I came here to this little kiosk not expecting too much. I left my phone and went into Starbucks when I came out the screen was done but unfortunately the employee explained that there was a dead spot on the screen meaning if you tried to touch a certain part of the screen it wasn’t registering the touch. He explained that it sometimes happens with older phone models and that he could order me a new screen, the screen would arrive in three days so he said just come back in three days and I’ll fix it for you that. He didn’t charge me anything not even half the amount or deposit. I was really surprised but glad at how nice he was and at the customer service. I got really busy at work so I wasn’t able to go back until full week later. When I came back he immediately recognized me and said I was wondering if you were going to come back. He grabbed my phone for me and started fixing it. I went next door to grab some food and when I was back my phone was completed. I was going to pay with my credit card and he said that it would be $ 35 if I paid cash or if I paid with my card he would have to charge tax so it was going to be $ 37.80. Luckily I had just gone to the bank so cash please! 35 dollars later the screen is new, it registers touch perfectly, and all is back to normal in my world. I love the no fuss, hassle-​free style.
