I wish I could give Dr. Helin 10 stars for the excellent care she gave me. I was traveling through Southern California when I realized something was not right with my back. Dr. Helin was able to fit me in the same day I called, AND get my pain to a manageable level after just one treatment. I saw her a few more times before getting back on the road just to make sure I would be good to go through the duration of my trip, which I was. I wish she lived closer to me because her services are second to none. Thank you for the great care Doc! I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Where to start? As a veteran chiropractic patient, you tend to become accustomed to the touch and feel of a chiropractor when he/​she works on you. You become familiar with what goes on during treatment, what to expect afterwards, and sort of the ins and outs of it all. With that being said, I can say that Dr. Helin has some of the best hands I’ve ever been adjusted by. She is strong, yet gentle. She delivers her care with expertise and can almost feel how much she cares, as soon as she puts her hands on you. And as if that wasn’t enough, she’s easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and just dedicated to your Heath and recovery.
I came to Dr. Helin with a minor injury. I sprained my SI joint years ago throwing javelin in competition. I had recovered fully but through rugby, tweaked it again. Dr. Helin helped get me in my feet and back on the pitch in no time, with my body feeing as good as it’s ever felt. Whether it’s an old injury you aggregated, a new one you just «earned», or anything in between, I would highly recommend Dr. Helin.

Leah is a blessing to my body. Plagued with injuries and a naturally odd body, Leah is able to give me relief. For the first time in a very long time, I am able to take a full breath in and lay down without pain. Leah’s approach to chiropractic care is patient-​centric and not pushy. I have been seeing Leah since she relocated to San Diego and I won’t stop seeing her!

I moved to San Diego a year ago and shortly thereafter began my search for a new chiropractor. I’m very picky with chiropractors because I have a bunch of old sports injuries, mostly to my spine. To be completely honest, I made my first appt with Dr. Helin when I saw her picture. She’s beautiful (I’m a single man, what can I say?!?) But I continue to see her because she’s an amazing chiropractor. She’s one of the ones who really care about helping her clients feel better, big picture better. She analyzes and adjusts her treatments as necessary, which is a big deal to me. I get annoyed when docs do the same thing in every appt. I’d feel comfortable recommending Dr. Helin to anyone… she’s very intelligent and very good at what she does.

I’m so happy i found Dr. Leah Helin! I recently went to my second visit with her and i wanted to wait to leave a review till i knew how my body was feeling afterwards. Well i feel great. i can breathe better and a few areas where i had back pain are no longer hurting. I felt amazing the next day after i woke up. Dr. Leah made me feel very relaxed when it’s hard for me to do that with a chiropractor. She explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns before we started. You can tell she has a great deal of passion for her trade, her clients and all the continued education and technology that comes with her profession. Thanks again for making us hard working people feel good ;)

Where do I start? Leah Helin’s smile makes you feel better before she even begins to work her magic. She is knowledgable, professional and extremely caring. She healed me from the severe pain I’d been suffering. Don’t let her size fool you, her hands are healers of pain. Not to mention that her adjustments will leave you wanting to stay. I can’t say enough good things about her. Save yourself from that old antiquated massage, and let Leah rejuvenate your body. Trust that you will not be disappointed.

Wow! Educated, experienced, professional and sensitive, Dr. Leah Helin helped me recover from one of the worst back and ankle injuries that I’ve ever experienced. There would be days that I could barely walk, then after my scheduled appointment with her, I would be back on my feet in no time. No matter how much I cried like a baby, she never made me feel embarrassed. She greets you with a genuine smile and you can’t miss her dedication. Plain and simple, she cares. If you read my other reviews, you will see that I only Unilocal the best of the best! Dr. Helin is one of the best!
