Nicolai Lennox Chiropractic, Inc

Dr. Lennox is more than just a crack man. He takes a holistic approach to health and wellness. He looks at all aspects in your life to get to the SOURCE of pain. He’s part Chiropractor, part nutritionist, part counselor. I’ve been having some serious neck trouble, and while he did adjust me, he also asked me to evaluate my diet and other aspects of my life to try to get to the root of the problem. Of course, no one wants to admit that it may be time to give up life’s tastiest treats — or at least enjoy them in moderation — but the reality is, much of what we love to consume is pretty bad for our systems.
He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest, and I feel completely comfortable in his care. I definitely put more faith in him then I do my actual physician. I don’t like that traditional Western medicine is so quick to just give you medication as a band-​aid for problems and send you on your way. I much prefer Dr. Lennox’s approach to getting to the root of the problems and fixing them so that your body is working with you instead of against you. Makes sense, no?
I’ve been working with him for about 3 years now, and I always feel amazing when I leave his office. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I was introduced to Dr. Lennox through a friend of mine who had gone to him for years! Was able to start seeing him after a fender bender last year and am SO happy I did! He’s so much more than a chiropractor– his approach is holistic and he really takes the time to «read» what my needs are. He addresses more than just the physical and appreciates the spirit, which is awesome to me! We’ve recently begun exploring the finer details to my nutrition– and I appreciate his food is medicine approach to treating me from the inside out! Highly recommend anyone see him! Even though I may pass 100 chiro’s on my drive up from San Diego– but I’d not have it any other way– he’s THAT great!
