Matt Harper did the home inspection for a home we bought in San Diego. He was thorough, helpful, informative, including on issues unrelated to the inspection, such as the neighborhood safety, shopping etc.
His report was detailed and easy to read.

Matt Harper was professional, courteous and thorough. He made sure that we understood all of the issues that were noted in his report, and also spent time explaining the systems and accompanying valves/​shut-​offs for the house.

Matt Harper was knowledgeable and in-​depth with his inspection. I followed him around the home for 4 hours and he explained everything that he found and answered all of my questions. He uncovered several code violations and structural issues that I had overlooked. We provided our inspection report to the owner prior to asking for repairs and he said that he wished he would have had our home inspector before he bought the home. I would without a doubt use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

Greg Campbell and Bruce Woodruff provided excellent inspection service for a 4,650 s.f. home I had entered escrow to purchase. Because of the size of the home, Inspectrite sent two inspectors. They spent four hours going through every inch of the home. I had suspected several deficiencies in the home but Greg & Bruce uncovered numerous additional issues and code conflicts. They inspected and provided their report in less that 24 hours.
I was able to make a much more informed decision on the purchase of the home. Aesthetically the home was a beauty, but certainly not worth the price and months of repair work that would have had to be done. It’s refreshing to work with people that are true professionals.

Greg was amazing! I highly recommended him. He was VERY VERY through, professional, and nothing fell through the cracks. Because of Greg and his expertise, the seller ended up fixing everything we wanted on our list. His list of recommended contractors have all proven to be A+ as well which was the icing on the cake. I will use Greg in the future and will recommend him to anyone I know that is buying a home. Because of Greg, I feel safe in my new home and understand all its workings. That is priceless.

Bob is a rockstar. He’s calm, cool, collected and knows his you-​know-​what backwards and forwards. Word on the street is that a lot of inspections are mostly fluff… kind of just going through the motions. With Bob, he broke that house down and gave us the 411 on all the big issues. He has a history in construction and he just knows how houses are built, or supposed to be built anyways.
Anyways, it’s sad my life has come to reviewing home inspectors on Unilocal but I really felt Bob (and his team) deserved it. Thanks Bob, nice work.
