Carol has been providing hypnosis services since 2007. She is a Nationally Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist specializing in birthing fears (HypnoBirthing), infertility (HypnoFertility), quitting smoking, anxiety, depression, phobias, insomnia, weight loss, & stress management.
She sees hypnotherapy clients on an individual basis at her office in Encinitas. She works with children, teens and adults.
She teaches group Hypnobirthing classes to educate and empower pregnant couples so they can have a more comfortable, «in control» experience without the stress, tension & fear that is usually part of giving birth. She has taught over 650 couples and is the Southern California Regional Liason for the HypnoBirthing Institute.
Carol also has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), & is trained in Reiki I & II.
History
Established in 2007.
Carol had 2 wonderful, natural HypnoBirths of her own. She had such enjoyable, easy births that she decided to start teaching HypnoBirthing to help other people have better experiences for their births. She then became certified in HypnoFertility, a hypnosis program to help couples struggling with infertility and then received her National Certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Carol has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Social Work & is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is a Certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator & a Certified HypnoFertility practitioner. She is a Nationally Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and works with children, teens and adults as well as infertile and pregnant couples.
