Description

Specialties

Who among us has not deeply longed to be listened to & understood in our lives? Who of us has not desired peace of mind, fulfillment or a sense of security? As a Heart-Centered Counselor, my focus is to help you accept and embrace parts of yourself & your experience that you have judged, resisted & disowned by learning to live in the present moment. My belief is that challenging experiences & the pain we feel is a gift of opportunity toward transformation. Our pain & discomfort are the prod that motivates us to discover the strength & beauty of who we truly are. Through counseling you can learn to «work your process» because within you are all the resources to experience joy. In my counseling practice, I help clients look at how their perfectionistic standards impede their ability to be in their loving. In having a deep heartfelt passion to be aware & conscious in my own life, I welcome the opportunity to help others do the same. counselor, counseling, MFT, marriage counselor

Meet the Business Owner

Susan G.

Business Owner

I began my journey to become a Licensed Psychotherapist at an East Coast College in 1972. After raising a family with my husband in Northern California, we moved to San Diego where I was able to complete my education and begin my long desired career of being a Licensed Counselor. I am grateful for the life experience I have garnered and appreciate the beautiful Souls I have had the privilege to work with in the North San Diego County.
