Wow. Stuck in the Stix, far from home, on vacation — stranded at a remote cabin with our trusty (cough) ford 150. Spewing moisture from the ac vents, over heating and scaring us into parking it and waiting. We called Moen late on a friday evening, and even though we were slightly outside his service area, he came as promised on Monday — took his time, tested, re-​tested, played forty questions with me, and helped us come to the right decision. He initially prepped me for the worst case scenario — then slowly backed off of it based on the test (compression, CO2, etc). Told me how to get home — what to watch, what and when to check and how to mcgyver it for $ 10 if things go worse than expected. I LOVE THIS GUY. And you will too. Not my first mechanical rodeo by a long shot. I know honest, and knowledgeable… and nice when i see it. Communicated well through the weekend, offered to rescue us if we get on our way and fall apart again. Didnt upcharge for after hours, or out of area — even though he had his first 15 month old waiting at home for daddy. Now if only he lived closer to me!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with 3M. I’m a california native with grass roots near South Lake Tahoe. I’m currently residing in Santa Monica, CA. I need to get away from the city every now and again so I travel up to Nor-​Cal this past week. I just put tons of money into my Benz so I thought my trip would be safe and comfortable since I had family business, I wanted to get up with no hassles, then relax. I got into Elk Grove After Noon and my water pump went out hence over heated the motor/​transmission. I call around to some Shop and some shots won t even work on Mercedes in a sac. Some guys said you probably blew them motor and your gonna have to spend $ 3k now… My brother in law even works at the mercedes-​benz dealership of Sacramento and he couldn’t even get that much of a price break ($ 1200 for new water pump and serpentine belt + nearly 2 week wait to fix my car.) I thought my trip was done so I called a few more places, no answer. Then I called Moens! That was a sinch! Jason got me thinking about my trip again and not the car when he said 1 – 2 day turn around!!! Un heard of. $ 840 later, I got my business done and my car fixed at the same time plus Jason did something right because the car runs great and no leaks/​over heating. He was also very polite to my mother which he met after hours to Return the keys to us. Thanks again for the great work! You guys are no hype…

I was having problems with both my cars one had the engine blown from overheating on the freeway on the way to pick up my kids from school. Long story there on that day. The only car we had left had an issue with our temperature gauge going hot right when we started the car and it was sitting for hours or over night. I tried to figure out the problem. Pressure tested the radiator and had a cracked radiator replaced it and put new thermostat. Still no fix. Figured I would pony up the cash for a diagnostic and found Jeremy from Moen Mobile mechanic. He had a $ 25 for $ 50 voucher. I needed to save as much money as possible so I chose Moen Mobil mechanic. It was the best decision I made. Came out yesterday, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, schedule to install it the next day and was in and out within an hour and fixed our problem. I know now who to call when I need any work done to my cars. Thanks Jeremy. Also when replacing parts pay the extra money for the right part so it will last longer. The car we had was used and I think the previous owners repaired the same sensor that was plastic and the factory replacement part was brass. To me that’s a big difference.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable. He came out did a quick diagnosis and the problem was solved. He did not try to pad the bill with extra things that did not need to be fixed. He was polite and very friendly. I would highly recommend him and will use him again without a doubt.

I reached out to Jeremy to see if I could get my shocks swapped out as the dealership said I had a leak. We talked over what I wanted to get out of it, a bit more lift, and he recommended a brand I had researched and felt confident in.
I set the appointment once the parts came in and dropped the truck off to him. He kept me updated with the progress and stood by his quote even after my truck threw a slight temper tantrum.
I will use this company again, without any hesitation.

Jeremy came out to my home today because I was having issues with my vehicle. He did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and also why my vehicle was running the way it was. Jermey is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone. Gonna have him come back and look at my other car soon.

Jeremy has been to our home twice. First time was to determine what was needed on both our cars (service light was on). Both cars needed routine maintenance which was explained to us and a price quoted. We chose to have them repaired 1 at a time and just completed the service on the 1^st car today. Service was prompt and efficient. Jeremy also explained what he was doing and why which we appreciated. Car runs great now. Next up — scheduling car #2 for it’s maintenance. Really appreciate service to our door.

I haven’t been all the impressed with Elk Grove honda service department so I took to google to help me find a local shop. I found Moen and contacted same day for quote and to schedule a transmission service for my 2010 Honda Civic. Jeremy came out and answered all of my questions and did so in a manner that left me feeling comfortable. Honda would NEVER take the time to explain and if they did it would be with an attitude. The job was done quickly. I could tell Jeremy takes pride in his work and his business! Thank you so much! I will definitely use Jeremy again!

Jeremy was awesome. He came out to my home to fixing a nagging ABS sensor issue. The part took over two weeks to get (thanks GM) but when it arrived he came out and got my Yukon back on the road. More importantly he stayed in contact with me and worked around my schedule to get the work done. Lastly, he honored his pricing even when the repair took a little more than he expected. He will have my business for my other repairs.

The A/​C in my car started blowing hot air, so I took it for Meineke for a free A/​C inspection. Long story short they told me it would cost $ 680 to fix because one of the lines was frozen on. Knowing absolutely nothing about cars but not wanting to pay that much for a car I intended to sell, I looked around for cost estimates to fix what Meineke said the problem was. Moen was recommended by my brother in law, so I gave him a call. He said he would have to take a look for himself, but that he would be able to save me money. It was a leap of faith for me because I have always gone with larger franchised companies for car repair.
Jeremy inspected my car and concluded that the problem was misdiagnosed, either intentionally or by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. He took the time to physically show me what the original mechanic said was the problem, why they were wrong, and what the true problem was. I felt empowered being able to see all this for myself. I also felt like I could have been taken advantage of had I not brought my car to Moen. Jeremy fixed the real problem, and now my A/​C blows super cold! He also saved me $ 500!

I needed alternator replaced on my vehicle and I was short on time, so I thought I would give Moen Mobile Service a call based on their positive Unilocal reviews.
I called at about 6:30 P.M. and left a message. Approximately 15 later, Jeremy called me back and we quickly worked out the cost and time/​date of the repair.
Jeremy showed up on time and quickly completed the repair at the price agreed. Jeremy is very personable, friendly and a true professional.
I would highly recommend Moen Mobile Automotive. Jeremy also informed me that he also has a physical shop in Elk Grove.

Moen Mobile Mechanic is a lifesaver. Not only did Jeremy come to my home on short notice to check my car to see why it wasn’t starting. But after running a diagnostic and getting my car to start, he went out of his way to run a few more tests to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. He even went as far as to take a test drive with me in the car to make sure there was nothing else going on that the tests weren’t showing. Very rare to find a honest straight forward mechanic these days, Jeremy is one of the few! Will definitely call him for all my automotive needs!

Nice and punctual. Good diagnostic but way overpriced. 1100.00 estimate I got work done for 580.00.

On the way home from my mom’s cancer (ugh) treatment her car died. I found Moen on the web. Despite calling late in the day they made it out to the house where it was towed. The diagnosis was not to be that night. Jeremy promised to come back the next day. He spent over an hour diagnosing a short in the electrical, chasing down fuses, and test driving the car. We feel blessed to have found a capable, conscientious and honorable person to take care of her car. Thank you Jeremy for taking care of my mom. As an owner of a computer service company, we drive alot in multiple vehicles. Moen has worked on Personal Car (Solara Convertible), Company Cars (Ford Focus Wagon), Wife’s Car (Honda Odyssey), and Kids Car (toyota) .
I’ve used Jeremy for all our repair services from brakes, water pumps, transmission, weird noise diagnostics and suspension.
You WILL save tons of money over the dealers and get some pretty good quality work.
Jeremy has always been straight and even when I’ve supplied the wrong parts he did not charge me extra for waiting around til I got the correct parts.
