Forever Salon & Spa

Went this Forever Salon and Spa for the first time because I bought one of their Groupon. I was greeted by 3 ladies when I went in. It was easy to make an appointment. I call yesterday (Sunday) for a Monday morning time slot. I guess no one have time to do nails on weekday. One of the ladies showed me the spa chair for me and I quickly settle into the chair. They even help me find my polish color. They ask what I like and after I told them, they got couple sample of me. I am not picky on colors since it is winter season. The Pedi was good. Very relaxing. The lady that was helping me, named Loan, is very nice and quiet. She didn’t ask me any personal questions until during the manicure. The place is quiet and very well lighted. After my pedi, we went to Loan’s station to do my hands. My nails are done after 1 hour. The ladies didn’t talk among themselves in their language. One of the lady, I guess it is the owner, thank me multiple of times for coming in. She said they don’t have much customers since they just opened few months ago and want sone regulars customers. I will definitely go back again. I just hope they keep up with the service and products.

This is my second time here. My first experience was great so I came back. Pretty sure they were talking to each other about me. The first guy who was taking care of me looked like he didn’t know what he was doing so I asked for the guy who did my nails the first time I was there. I told them to fix things here and there and I guess they were frustrated with me or something. They took down my number, but i never had a place ask for that. They kept talking in their language and looking at me. I thought I found a good spot to get my nails done but I guess I’ll keep looking.

Mai and Lynn moved here from tropical nails, probably the two best manicurist in the area and now very close to home, I’m so happy they moved!!!

Under new management. Recently reopened after remodeling. Does anyone know where the old manager and workers went I am looking for Olivia .? Please let me know thank you.

My sister and I had our eyes and eyebrows tattooed and Olivia did a wonderful job. She was very professional making sure to show us she was using new needles every time. Also making sure to make as painless as possible. We would strongly recommend this shop for this process. She also cut my hair and she did a wonderful job. Everyone in the shop made us feel like we had been coming there for years.

NANG IS THE BEST. I come here to get a pedicure from her and she’s so good she takes her time and is very sweet. I can say she does the best pedis in Elk Grove I’ve been almost everywhere and am always satisfied with her!!!

dont ever go to this place they suck i get eyeliner done they uses old needle on me i get a pink eye infection my eye brow look like crab where i have to draw on everyday the owner phuong is a crook dont trust what she say.

Hands down the best place in elk grove for an eyebrow wax! I’ve been a customer for years and I always refer family and friends to this place! I’ve had tried out every salon in Elk Grove and haven’t been satisfied until I found this place!

I always get my facial and mani-​pedi done at this place. Oen is great because every time I get my facial, I always fall asleep because she makes me feel so relaxed. I used to have a lot of acne but after a few months, it cleared out. The service from the staff is really good. They are very friendly. Fong is fantastic too as she offers water/​snacks as well while having my pedi. I always bring my aunts, cousin and mom here.
The only down side is the language barrier (which I think almost all asain spas have) and the gel I had before in this salon only lasted for a week (it chipped off). I had gels for my nails before at another salon but I don’t remember my nails looking unhealthy (full of scratches) after. It took a good month for my nails to smooth out.
But other than that, I still go there maybe not for gels anymore but for regular nail colors and facial because their staff is really great and friendly.

Upon entering, everyone greeted me politely. There was one guy ahead of me but the wait wasn’t long at all. Fong was the lady that cut my hair. She’s a very friendly person which made me felt comfortable. Let me tell you – this lady knows what she’s doing! I’m receding a little so I asked for a recommendation and got a short haircut. She also suggested to get tapered and was even able to line me up afterwards so that it didn’t look so obvious I was receding. Fantastic job! Excellent service! I just found my new favorite barber. I’m definitely coming back every week.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else — long-​term customer! It’s only Forever Salon & Spa for me, be it for a manicure, pedicure, haircut, eyebrows, anything. The staff, especially ‘Phung’ is phenomenal, the absolute best! Give them a try, folks :)
