Tuxedo Den

I was so dissatisfied with this business. The suit jacket was slim fit but the pants were not and the option for slim fit was not even offered. The pants were terribly tailored. Also they told us we could pick up shoes anytime but the day before the wedding they told us they had to be ordered so whole wedding party it’s forced into a frenzy to find matching shoes. So irritated with this place.

I went here with my brother to get his tuxedo for prom. As we enter the store we were greeted by a black gentleman who was very busy and all over the place. He would be working with one customer while getting my brother’s measurements at the same time. After an excruciating hour of measurements and waiting we paid upfront. Four days later we came back to try on the suit and the suit was shorter then expected but it was able to be fixed. The dress shirt was way too small and was not the right material we asked for. With only 2 days left till prom we needed to make arrangements quick. The lady who was working was very happy to help us fix the suit and re-​order the dress shirt and to arrive on time. We come back on the day of prom and the suit was fixed to my brothers preference. Although the shirt that we did order was too big! It was very baggy and did not fit into my brothers figure properly as a «fitted» fit would be. So we we had to choose another type of material that we didn’t like in the first place but had no choice to since it was THE day of prom. The cost came out to 219.00 with that price tag you would think that you would get everything correct and be happy with your suit but no.
So We returned the suit and my brother had accidently left his wallet in the suit. He had 150 $+ cards in the wallet. We had to call them daily to ask about his wallet. They finally got back with us 2 months later and as we picked up the wallet and looked inside the wallet no money was left. Somebody had stolen my brothers money and had rearranged all his cards looking through his privacy. Very untrustworthy. We were very upset and had filed a complaint. Do not trust this company. Bad sizing and often makes mistakes. Also stole money from my brother. Seriously? Next year we are going to Men’s Wearhouse. Very disappointed with the price we paid to go here.

Not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly but Sinai was really helpful during my recent visit to tuxedo den. Great and friendly customer service. I would visit tuxedo den again at this location should I need to rent a tuxedo again in the future.

The Elk Grove location is great! Bre is a great person who really took ownership of my wedding party and helped fix all the screw ups of the other locations! I am happy they finally opened an Elk Grove location, because if they didn’t, i would have taken my business elsewhere.
