Established in 2015.

Though American Pool Experts is a new business, owner and operator Scott Phipps is hardly new to the pool scene. Scott has been a certified national pool inspector and operator for 15 years. He is a water chemistry specialist and has extensive training on how to keep residential pool water safe and clean.

Before operating American Pool Experts, he owned and ran a pool service business in Redding, CA. However, he couldn’t shake the desire to expand and move into a larger market. So Scott decided to breakaway and open his own business. He brought his extensive knowledge and experience to the Sacramento area and opened American Pool Experts. Scott prides himself on not only his reliable service but always putting his client’s needs first. The safety and happiness of each customer is a top priority. Scott Phipps is a nationally certified pool operator with 15 years of experience in the swimming pool industry. In addition to being an expert in water chemistry and water balance, he is certified in stain removal and prevention. Scott is well-​versed in pool equipment repair. He prides himself on excellent customer service which has led to a successful referral-​based business.

Scott understands that a safe and healthy pool environment is of utmost importance to each and every one of his customers. Scott is committed to treating each one of his customer’s pools as he does his own. He is not side tracked by a retail store, pool construction or remodeling. He specializes in swimming pool service, keeping his customer’s pools crystal clear.
