Xceed Financial Credit Union

Very difficult to get through to them via Xceed on call and the representatives are often unfriendly. I regularly cannot view my account balance online, which is very stressful and incredibly inconvenient, especially when rent or some other bill is due. Make sure there are plenty of member branches in your area, because I moved to a new city and I had to drive 20 minutes to find a location that could help me when I lost my debit card and it took them weeks to replace it.

They never have enough employees
Every time I come there is only one person on the front and always a line of 6 – 10 people
Talk about waiting an hour to deposit one simple check

This review is not for this particular branch but for the entire company. I’ve tried to contact them in regards to questions with my account and they have failed to answers any questions. My call was dropped three times I was transferred to to four different associates that were clueless and rude. The final representative I talked to ask for my best contact number the call was dropped and I never received a call back. At this point I’am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from xceed. This credit union will close accounts you never opened with them on your behalf and will report wrong information on your credit report. They have made my banking experience a nightmare and won’t give you the information you need when you request it. Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible credit reporting, all in all this is a horrible credit union. If you already bank here good luck if you are looking into this company save yourself a headache and bank elsewhere.
