They do come out fast. My only concern was what they charged me. I had recently replaced one of the two garage door springs (less then a year ago). The second spring broke and I called Exceptional. They insisted I needed to replace both springs at $ 175 a piece. $ 470 total cost for replacing two springs. That seems high to me. I’ll revise this review if others can tell me that is a good price.
