History

Established in 1989.

This year marks the 25^th anniversary of Critter Sitters being in business, with Stacy Kahn logging in many, many hours of all kinds of petsitting! Besides offering loving care and reliability, EXPERIENCE is our number one asset! When Critter Sitters started in 1989, many people didn’t know what a petsitter was, there were mostly just kennels at that time. As the idea and acceptance of in home pet care grew, so did Critter Sitters. We have seen our business grow and thrive, and we are very proud of our history and providing professional pet care for the last 25 years!

Business Owner

Stacy Gerson Kahn has owned and operated Critter Sitters L.A. since 1989. One of the original petsitters in the area, she brings her knowledge, experience and love of animals to every client she has. Stacy is a state certified animal care consultant, and has done volunteer work the LASPCA in their animal assisted therapy department. She currently owns a recently rescued pooch named Lulu.
