Meet the Business Owner

Grace M.

Business Owner

Grace Moniz is a Board Certified Coach, facilitator, and trainer providing services to clients in the areas of Leadership Development, Team Communications, Organizational Effectiveness and Career Development.

In her coaching and training practice Ms. Moniz facilitates the identification of one’s inner strengths and motivations and develops clarity and momentum around goals that accelerate desired outcomes. Clients have included Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pepperdine University, L-​3 Communications, Executive Career Services, Acutronic, and AltaMed non-​profit health care organization.

Before founding Career Insights, Grace was head of Career Services for Right Management, Inc.‘s West L.A. office and previously accumulated over 20 years experience in human resources management at Mattel, Inc.

Grace holds a Master of Science, Organizational Leadership degree and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree; she is a Certified Senior Birkman Method® Consultant.
