Would recommend there service hands down! Had a flow problem with a shower that lets just say others couldn’t fix at my expense! Turned out with better experience came better results, of all things it was blocked because of an over soldered joint which Eric was quick to disclose and fix in a timely manner! Experience and quality service above all!

Just referred quality plumbing to one of my friends Andre. Their bathtub was full of poop and did not know what to do. They said they found quality router on Unilocal and I said yeah I’ve used them before give them a chance. $ 85 and it was fixed good job quality router.

Arrived early, out the door in just under two hours, cleaned up after themselves, great job. Eric spent time not only doing the job but providing valuable education to prevent future problems. Also the price couldn’t be more reasonable, I called several other companies for jetting services and they were outrageous.
Thanks for getting my drains taken care of, it’s nice to do laundry again :-)

I have nothing but positive feedback to give about this company. I have had them out to my home three times and have been very pleased each time. We live in an older home and have needed updated showers, toilet repair and install, drains unclogged, and our main cleaned out. Each time, they have come out and fixed each problem. They were on time, courteous, and did a perfect job. I had six, yes six different plumbers out to fix a leaky toilet. My home warranty company that I pay $ 500 a year for never fixed it. This company is the only one who permanently repaired the problem. I also had my other toilet installed by them. After putting it on and checking it, our plumber was not happy with the way it was set, so he took it back off and redid it. There was no added charge for this. I could just tell that they cared about their work and finished product. I am confused by the one negative review, I have had nothing but positive experiences. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

So dissatisfied and disappointed in the service. They were at my building doing the verticles and my bathroom. sink became clogged. Probably due to them pushing the stuff down through the pipes.
When they told to call my hoa to have Quality bring in another plumber to fix it. So I call my hoa and they tell me to call quality so I go ahead and call them and they tell me it’s after 330 we are on overtime now. I go ahead and tell the woman taking the call that they are still working in the building I am not sure how that is overime. She was beyond rude and I complained that the owner is also just as rude. She tells me I am the one with the problem!
I am not an unreasonable person. I have had many dealings with Quality and every time the owner is involved it becomes a negative experience.
Please do your selves a favor. Avoid these jersey as much as possible.

Great customer service, polite and professional. I called Quality Rooter & Plumbing Inc to have a hot water re circulator pump installed. They came out on time and even put on the shoe covers before I even had a chance to say anything about the floors. They had the pump and remote control installed in no time at all. They were efficient, knowledgable and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The office manager even called me to make sure I was happy with the service. If your looking for a professional plumber these are the guys to call!

Have been using Quality for many years. First came across them from my condo HOA. Quality was the on-​site plumber. They did some amazing work — lots of issues at the condo complex. The entire team was super professional and respectful.
Then I started to use Quality at my home and rental property. Once again, amazing work, very helpful, very reasonable. I could get in touch with them ²⁴⁄₇. They have come out on a Sunday to clear a drain for $ 100, they have done bigger jobs where I needed pipes replaced and similar. Regardless of what needed to be done, it was always done perfect and I always get nice people. Eric is especially wonderful as is Cherilyn who answers the phone and does dispatch.

Drip… Drip… Drip… That was my bathroom sink for a year until finally it was one steady stream of water going down the drain. Every time I went to the restroom it was like watching a steady stream of pennies washing away. I kept trying to get my husband to fix it but well… we all know how that goes. (Not to mention the backed up sink in the other bathroom… He was supposed to fix that too.)

Finally at my wit’s end, I called Quality Rooter & Plumbing on referral from a friend. They came out the very next morning. They were punctual, courteous and professional. The leaky faucet was a breeze for them to repair – they even had a replacement on the truck. They ran a snake down both drains and cleaned the pipes out. They then asked if I had any more plumbing issues I would like them to look at.
They were cleaned up and finished in no time, all without breaking the bank. I’m always leery of plumbing contractors. This is a top-​notch organization. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or to refer them to friends and family.

Quality Rooter services the building (1650 8^th Ave) my wife and I live in, and for various reasons pertaining to the building’s aged plumbing, we’ve had to call management for a plumber a couple of times resulting in two or three service calls in our unit by Quality Rooter personnel. Whatever my disagreements with building management and other tenants, the Rooter personnel dispatched to my unit have each been awesome. Most importantly, they fixed the problem pronto. Further, all Rooter staff have been courteous, professional, and genuine (in particular a plumber /​handyman named Eric – ask for him, what a gentleman). I don’t know what happened with Grace V’s bad review, but my experience with Quality Rooter has been great. If and when I move elsewhere, I’m calling Rooter first if a plumbing issue arises. No doubt.
