Out of no where I had a problem. It seems I may have brought some unwanted guests into the house. Brad and his team came out several times to bait and spray until the problem was resolved. They were very fast to come out and had great availability for my busy schedule. I also have two infants and were very helpful with that as well. Brad was very knowledgeable and personable and easy to work with. I am really glad I contacted Paradise Pest Solutions. I would strongly recommend them.

Tosha, Mark and the rest of the PPS crew were phenomenal to work with. We had a very sticky situation with a previous pest control company and Tosha was able to work through the mess, help us use our existing termite warranty from the tenting company and resolve the issue while our house was in escrow. Mark did a great job and their estimate for repairs came in right on the money. We would not hesitate to use or recommend this fantastic group!

I recently had Paradise come out to my house to handle the ant problem we had going on inside the house. Usually every year we take care of it ourselves but it felt like this year they were out of control and coming from odd places (like the chimney stones, weird). I couldn’t take it anymore, especially at 6am and your trying to get ready for work. I called their office and Tosha was very helpful, She fit me in for the next day which rarely ever happens. Technician came out as promise and sprayed the outside perimeter. Since no one was home he was unable to do the inside. After a couple of days I still saw the ants but definitely not as bad, just little stragglers here and there. I called the office again and Tosha said she will send another technician out the next day to spray the outside again and to spray the inside Free of Charge.
Since they have come out, I have not seen any ants or spiders. They relieved me of so much headache that I signed up for a monthly service every two months.

I called their office flipping out because I had spiders hatching in my garage! They were all over my washer and dryer… ugh! Tosha had a guy come out (my husband can’t remember his name, but said he was really cool) and spray the entire garage, the house, and the outside of the house. It has been a week and things are looking good. Tosha, you’re a gem! See you guys in 2 months! Anything to keep spiders off my clothes! UGH!

I purchased a Unilocal deal a few months ago and had a spider and earwig problem. PPS came out and sprayed, but I still had spiders.
Long story short, there was a communication gap, but once we connected, they reached out and apologized. Most importantly, they came out and re-​sprayed.
Honorable and customer-​oriented. If I have a problem, I’d call again.

I am confused to the point I feel like I called a totally different company. Brad was super nice, in time an very efficient when he come out for initial service. Unfortunately the bugs (spiders and few roaches) never stopped popping out. He come out on ⁶⁄₁₃ and we should have called after two weeks when we realized that the there was no progress with bug issue, but we were leaving for month-​long trip to Europe and having 3 cats we would need to take somewhere for 4 – 5 hours to let the house air out would be too much hustle for my mom who moved in n the house to babysit our son. I remember clearly Brad letting me know that if we have any issues that we have a warranty. Now we settle. In after long vacation and playing catch up game at work I called Paradise Pest letting them know that the issue with bags remain the same, to my surprise the lady who unsweetened the phone informed that we only have 30 warranty !!! I paid $ 180 for my bugs to disappear for 30 days !!! I was trying to explain that indeed they never disappeared in first period in first plays, she didn’t seem to care and told us that if 99 $ paid in quarterly bases Brad would come out and take care of the bugs. I was unpleasantly surprised, we did consider keeping them on ongoing basis but I am concerned that we paid $ 180 and nothing was improved where is a guarantee something is going to get better if it be another $ 99 on ongoing basis. At this point I agreed to sign up for service and I was trying to schedule an appointment for Saturday, where was another surprise !!! She told me that they do not work on Saturdays !!! What ??? Me and my husband We both work Monday through Friday and the service was scheduled on June 13 was on Saturday that’s indeed why I called them. The problem is my 3 cat’s that must be out of the house for 4−5hrs. At this point I am beyond upset !!
I called them and asked for Brad to call me back, he didn’t but receptionist called me back and told me that they would make one time exception to come out, and they have one of their guys up in my area next Saturday. I was happy that at least someone would come out and have bug/​spider issue stop !!!
Mark come out on Saturday spent about 5−10min max, spraying inside the house only. I explained that I had a little kid and we still have a lot of spiders inside the house, he said give it two weeks and we see spiderweb outside the house just to take down. I explained that it was a big concern for me, and he told me that I will have no issues. Well let’s see, today is exactly 2 weeks and I still have spiders inside my house !!!:(I will post a picture of spider I just saw in my baby’s closed and one on my ceiling in living room !!!:(I am very very disappointed !!!

The local pest control places had poor reviews on Unilocal and other places, as well as many online complaints. I chose this place, even though it is not nearby, because it has a positive reputation and doesn’t engage in the monthly contract scam. I don’t trust seeing lots of positive reviews any longer, as so many are fake, so I look for an absence of negative reviews and company response to complaints. They returned twice as included in the thirty day warranty, and we are now pest-​free. I would encourage others to call in a professional right away rather than messing with Home Depot do-​it-​yourself products. I would call them again, but hope I won’t need to. :)

We called them to inspect for termites, and a gentleman named Mark came out. Mark was very professional. He called us because he had a cancellation and wanted to arrive a little earlier than the scheduled time, which was fine. It was a particularly warm day, but he walked all around our house and even climbed up into the hot attic to do his inspection. He showed me one area of our fascia that needed localized treatment for termites and two other areas of our home that had some dry rot. The company e-​mailed us a bid for the work, and we proceeded.
Mark came out to do the termite treatment, and a subcontractor was assigned the repair on the fascia and dry rot. Overall, we were satisfied with the company. The termite treatment was handled well and didn’t require tenting. The fascia and dry rot areas were fixed, but one of the boards was slightly splintered in the wood repair.
We contacted them to give us another bid on pest control, and there was a company miscommunication which resulted in a missed appointment. The lady answering phones was apologetic and professional and offered to schedule an appointment the following week. Right now, we are gauging our finances and will probably contact them again when we are ready to have another bid for pest control.

Brad was very professional, knowledgeable and an honest business man. We called him out to help us with a mystery rodent/​pest problem in our hillside. He was fairly quick and knowledgeable to identify our potential problem. Having his landscape background was extremely helpful, particularly for our situation; we have a fairly steep hillside. Brad did not sell us on any service, he was honest that he could set up traps, but that it would not remedy the problem. He offered some great alternatives to help us out instead. We ended up using his service to help us with an emerging ant problem. He offered us a very reasonable price and flexible service plans to help with insects and ants. He was very personable throughout and offered lots of resources to help us manage our furry rodent problem.

Treated my fur baby with comfotis,.a strong flea treatment from the vet. It proved to be very effective, however,
My kids and I became walking buffets. My son would get teased at school, they would call him «bug bites», we had scabs all over our legs and scars from some of the bites… I called terminex and booked an appointment. After i booked them I read their TERRIBLE reviews… LUCKILY I was able to cancel without paying BEFORE they treated my house, I then found Brad… he came for an EXTREMELY reasonable price (I called around), and literally after he treated my house, the problem came to an abrupt halt. The bites stopped and most importantly, my sons scars are clearing and his legs are clear… no more jerks calling my son «bug bites» or «sir scratch a lot»…Brad is amazing… I will always call him if I need an exterminator, and refer him to anyone who needs one.

Somehow cockroaches had suddenly taken a liking to showing up after many years of living in our place. UGH! After seeing 3, I couldn’t take it. After a quick Unilocal!search and a couple of quotes, Brad came over the next day and did a quick ‘perimeter’ spray throughout the living quarters, garage and balcony. Fortunately, since then they seem to have taken a hike. I’ve also noticed it’s killed other things like silverfish. This might have to become an annual thing if I get any more issues, but for now I’m thankful for his services and keeping them at bay. (It’s been a couple of months since he sprayed).
Brad was very personable, which I believe really makes the difference between him and other ‘corporate’ companies. He was also less expensive than another company that I got a quote from and then gave us an even better deal when our neighbor decided to get their place sprayed as well.
Brad seemed to know his stuff, so I recommend you give him a call. We live in the North County Inland area, but I believe he serves most of the county. Goodbye Mr. Cockroach!

Phenomenal service! Brad was professional and pleasant on the phone. He was able to give me a quote over the phone. He was able to fit me into his schedule that same day! He’s very knowledgeable and informative. He takes pride in his customer service and that’s VERY important to me. I will do an update soon!

If I could provide more then 5 starts I would. We had a horrible ant issue when we moved into our house. I mean every inch of our house had ants. Brad came right over and treated the outside and inside of my home. After a few days we had more (because I kept killing the ants). Brad told me I needed to allow them to eat the food and take it back to the Colony so they would all eventually go away. no matter how many times I called Brad freaking out he always return my call and understood that I was very stressed out, he was very calm and reassured me that they would go away. sure enough he was right and I have not had any issues since (knock on wood). I’m so thankful that Brad and his company we’re here to help me and my husband. I have sign on so I could have quarterly visits with them. I would highly recommend this company.

I can’t believe that I’ve been remiss in writing a review for Brad and Paradise Pest Solutions.
Brad has been spraying my home quarterly since I purchased the home in June of 2012. He is professional, personable, and communicates well. I’ve had zero issues, and my home has remained pest free.
What I like most about Brad’s service is that he doesn’t require hand holding to get the job done right. Both my wife and I are very busy and not always able to be home, so we have put a credit card on file with Brad. He calls the day before he’s going to spray to let us know he’s coming, and then leaves a receipt under the door mat when he’s done. Simple, and no stress for me.

Just saw Brad again for the first time in a while, he has been doing regular service but we’ve missed seeing him the last few times since we’ve been out. Seems rats found a way in under our house so Brad trekked around the house with me, and underneath and pinpointed their likely access point, screened it off along with another possibility and set some traps in case we trapped them underneath instead of blocking them out. Can’t say enough about how great he has been to work with the past year and a half, he has been punctual to early every scheduled time we’ve met with him and his upbeat attitude always makes your day better, oh, and no more ants and wasps (and hopefully no more rats) too!

Brad was awesome, friendly, knowledgable and honest. We first called him for my in-law’s house which is a farm and had a major (in my opinion) ant problem. He met my wife and walked her through the whole the process. We had a spider and ant issue at our house, not to bad, but annoying, so she had him come to our house the following Saturday. Once again he showed up right on time. About a month later, both houses are still ant free.

I called Paradise Pest Solutions for a pest problem and they were at my house the next day. Ed was the gentleman that came out. I had one of the pests in a plastic bag to show him what I was concerned with. He knew instantly what it was and how to treat it. I received outstanding customer service and ever since the treatment was applied — I have not seen ONE of the pests! Anyone who has had pests understands how creepy it feels and what a relief it is when the problem has been resolved!

We were hit with an ant infestation this Spring (due to the early summer weather). Ants everywhere inside & out, even upstairs in the bedrooms & bathrooms. Ick!
Brad met me as scheduled (I found him on Unilocal). He gave me the Unilocal discount, & we cleared out of our house so he could get to work. It’s two days later, and NO ANTS! So far so good!
