Great service, quick and pleasant and gave me a great deal, Carlos was great. Got my car in right away and helped resolve some issues.

These guys are the best. I always trust them. This time my brother’s truck needed repair. My brother was very happy I knew where to go and who to trust. They were so helpful. It will need more work, but they will work with him on priorities and what is most important.
AGAIN… it is so great to know who you can trust with what’s important.

After pricing around, I ended up going to Evan’s Tire for the first time. I usually go to Discount Tire, but with the «buy 2, get 2 free» deal Evan’s turned out to be cheaper. While there, I opted to get an alignment which I’ve needed for a while, but kept putting it off. It turns out that both and front and back were out of alignment, so that was a good call. My total out the door was around $ 325 which isn’t bad at all, other than I didn’t know I needed an appointment for quicker service, so I was there for about 2 hours. It was air conditioned so I didn’t mind waiting. The guy who helped me was very nice (I can’t remember his name) and very polite. I’m very happy with the service I got, but I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wanted to see if they put in a little TLC and wiped down my rims after changing the tires. They didn’t, so I drove away with them looking dirty. I’ll go back to them again and next time I’ll ask them to wipe the rims off.

Love the crew here… They are always nice, helpful and go above and beyond what they need to do to make things right. JJ thanks for all your help…

After all the great reviews and the awesome tire rep I spoke to. Shout out to Lou… Can I just say this place is beyond a let down! Greg and Carlos. what absolutely awful customer service and unsympathetic attitude. First my tires weren’t there, even though I made an appointment. So Greg called to give me the news. that it would be late. no prob. I get it. stuff happens, but isn’t that the point of booking an appointment. so they have them in stock. mind you I booked the appointment .four days ago… it was almost like he was doing me a favor… But I’m paying you for your service. «Well what can I say they’re just not here!». Uh what say what… This is what that ‘professional’ told me. But Carlos. well he was a total gem. Please hire him for dog walking somebody, that’s all he’s good for. He ended up getting a couple of words from me. and the colorful kind!.. Unprofessional, will not take responsibility for their mess ups. Please keep these um… folks?.. in the back!

First time customer to this location after going to a different Evans Tire that didn’t seem to want to help me out with my issue.
I got there early 1^st person in line… Got into the store they took my info & I explained my Suspension Issue… Waited about 10mins or so and saw someone take my car for a Test Drive… Came back popped it on a lift and diagnosed the noises etc… Saw I had 2 guys looking underneath… One of them told me what the issues was… it wasn’t as bad as I thought… got those parts replaced it was the Struts going bad., Now my car handles smooth & no more noises!

This place never disappoints. After feeling ripped off at a different tire shop and not being able to shop around since I had a flat tire, I came here. I got two tires and a free alignment for far less than I paid at the other place for inferior tires. These guys also mentioned some other issues with my vehicle that I hadn’t realized. They didn’t even benefit from it since they don’t carry lug nuts, but they felt they should mention it. That’s when you know your getting good trustworthy service. Very impressed with these guys as usually, and they remain my only one stop shop for all my vehicle maintenance.

I returned today to get my free tire rotation after buying my tires here several months ago. I made an appointment and was a little disappointed when they indicated it would take a little longer than I was quoted over the phone. The manager JJ interjected once he realized my time crunch situation and that I had an appointment set up from the previous day. He expedited my tire rotation and I was out in the initial time I was quoted. Plus even though they were very busy, I was surprised that they took the time to Armorall all of my tires and they made my vehicle look great! Thanks Evans Tire and JJ, I will keep telling my friends about you!

Been meaning to write this review for the manager and staff here. I got my tires done about 2 years ago and recently the valve gave out and I had a flat. I took the tire to Evans preparing for an uphill battle to get it fixed. However the manager understood the problem and kindly replaced the valve and even did a free tire rotation. He didn’t charge a dime. It was excellent customer service and I will be back in the future.

After getting great service on my new tire purchase a few months ago I went back to have my noisy brakes checked. They told me exactly what was wrong with the brakes, let me see for myself and then they explained why the work needed to be done and how much it was going to cost.
When it all was said and done I was charged a fair price, treated with respect and encouraged to come back. My response? why don’t you do the LOF and throw some wiper blades on while you’re at it.
Evans earned a loyal customer today! Thanks guys!

had my cars recommended 20K servicing done here last weekend and am happily satisfied in doing so. not only did I pay less than going to the dealership, included in the reasonable quote, I got synthetic oil & nitrogen in my tires. JJ was very rewarding to work with as he gave me the gist of what I was paying for and I wasn’t left with the feeling that I would be getting anything less then a honest and professional experience. Matthew was diligent and courteous in reviewing with me the work done and he continued to answer all my questions and satisfy any suspicions I usually have when having to deal with servicing and or repairing my vehicles. If your into saving money and getting honest work done I recommend you consider this location.

Had an issue with some work done on my car. Went in and talked to JJ, the manager, and he was beyond helpful! Completely made good on the problem and didn’t charge me a penny! Excellent service!

dont waste your time I took my vehicle in at 10 am for a simple alignment they told me about 2 hours to 2 and ½ so no worries got a ride came back about 3 pm which was about 5 hours later only to find out that they didn’t do any work on my vehicle and didn’t even bother to call me by then it was too late in the day to go somewhere else
THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS THEY JUST TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND WHEN SOMEONE COMES IN TO BUY TIRES THEY PUT YOU BEHIND THEM

Worst service ever!!! They told us car would be ready in a couple of hours so we walked 2.5 miles one way to chill at a Starbucks for two hours, when we got back car had not been worked on they said it needed other repairs. THEY DIDN’T EVEN CALL TO MENTION THIS, they waited until we came back after a 5 mile walk. So unprofessional, I hate it when mechanics try to get over on people!!!

Evans Tire & Service Center is the best service center around! JJ, the manager at Evans, professionally maintains my small fleet of 8 commercial vehicles, plus my own 2 personal vehicles, my boat trailer, plus a utility trailer too! They also take fantastic care of my friends’ and family members’ cars as well! I have been using Evans for more than 2 years now, and wouldn’t consider taking my business any place else! Professional, courteous, efficient, economical, friendly — all words that describe the level of service at Evans Tire! They offer a personal touch not seen at any other shop in town that I have been to for the last 11 years — simply the best! I highly recommend any small business with a fleet of vehicles to give them a try — they are the best fleet management service I have found yet! Always a job well done!

Having to buy tires is not typically enjoyable. But, the guys at Evans on Jamacha make it less painful. They will match or beat any prices on tires. They will repair flat tires for free. The guys that work there are cool, polite, and straight-​forward. Seems like they try hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went there yesterday to get a quote on tires, Id say it was about 10−1030am. Walked in and two other customers were sitting in the waiting area, looked like they had already been helped. So I stood there and… waited…waited…waited…waited…waited. Im sure they saw me, one guy passed by the front door and looked right at me. Now, why wouldn’t you go tell the front desk dude to come out because there is a customer waiting in the lobby that wants to spend $ 1000 on tires!!! So, after 3 to 4 minutes, I left. Never made contact with a employee. Discount tire has 2 to 3 guys at the counter ALL the time. Time is money guys.

Not sure why these guys are getting bad reviews. Alex and JJ showed great customer service. They did not try and shank me with any unnecessary issues with my car. They were straight up and honest. Will continue business with these guys.

Called this place at 9am the guy said to go ahead bring it in and they’d have it done in about an hr. I showed up the guy said maybe 2 hrs max. After waiting for 2 hrs they FINALLY went to get my car I asked how much longer and they said ANOTHER hour! I told them NVM I have places to be. And they were like oh wait give us 30 min we’ll have it done… 45 min later I was finally walking out. I’m annoyed and frustrated. I have a 6 month old and the only reason I stayed was because they told me an hr. I won’t be using them again merely for poor time management. they didn’t even have the curtsey to be up front and tell me it would actually be 3 – 4 hrs!
